Been meaning to write a review for a while. This ups store is GREAT. Ive had the print posters and flyers for me, and they were prompt and very professional and friendly. But to be honest, my most frequent interaction with them is me dropping off a return package (already boxed and with postage). They make no money from this. I also drop off USPS packages, which they accept (again, obviously no profit to them). However, even though most of my drop-ins are no-profit drop-offs, they are always super NICE. Very friendly. In this day and age, that goes a long way in my book! Anyway - very good people, great location, and they definitely deserve this shout out.

I appreciate the guys of this UPS Store. I had to mail 25 different packages for a national competition and we arrived about 45 minutes prior to closing. Chris helped us out with a level of professionalism and customer service that seems to be lacking today --- and at 7:07 - we finished all the packages! Our contestants have already received the packages! If you are looking for fast service - 100% professionalism -- courtesy -- then go to this UPS store!

This is an amazing location. Not only are they open early but they really took the time to make sure that all my items were safely and optimally packed. They went out of their way to minimize my cost while maximizing delivery speed. I could not be more impressed, normally shipping is challenge but not here. Really great customer service!

Never use DHL at this location or anywhere whatsoever. Your consignment will be stuck forever. UPS services as such are excellent as such and the store employee are very cooperative..
