here is a letter i sent to their company detailing my experience. if google could let me rate this company as a "dont ever touch it, i would" " Please forward this to the CEO of your company. I will be forwarding a copy of this to Mr. Fred Aryan and Mr. Ali Dilmaghani as well to ensure that they are aware of the level of service their paid employees are delivering on their behalf. My name is Douglas Desantis and This is a formal complaint. I had a delivery sent to me on march Friday 13 2015. I received a call at work telling me that nobody answered the door when the delivery driver came to the door, and that he left a delivery ticket and left my package with the leasing office. Order of events: 1. I had a friend at home sitting feet from the front door as I have roughly 3.6k in packages being shipped to me today through various handlers, and specifically did not want them left at my leasing office or going back to the delivery ware house for a Saturday pickup, as all of these packages were extremely valuable and fragile, and easily stolen. 2. I received a call from your shipping office stating that nobody answered, and the driver left a delivery ticket on the front door. 3. I had my friend check the front door 10 minutes prior to receiving this call and immediately after for delivery tickets. (and I my self searched for this ticket) 4. when I called back and requested that my delivery be fulfilled properly (because I paid for proper shipping and handling), i was told "well he can do it when his shift is over" at this point I am completely disgusted by the terrible ethic shown by your company and didnt want to risk the handler damaging my package out of spite (because if his work ethic is so weak as to not do his job properly, and is willing to lie about it, then he is fully capable of such an immature act) 5. leasing offices close at 5PM- well after a delivery shift would have ended. 6. I then had to leave work early to ensure that I could get to the leasing office prior to closing. all of this because you are employing someone with such a horrible work ethic that they cant even be honest on a simple task. so in short: your delivery driver, LIED - Twice (both to me, and to your office), and delivered my package to someone else because he couldnt be bothered with locating my town house (which ironically is right in front of the main street, and easy to locate if given even a modicum of effort). i was then called and lied to about this, and grossly inconvenienced to ensure that my package did NOT sit at the wrong location and was picked up before closing. worst part- this is the SECOND time this has happened. thats right, not the first, the second time i have had one of your delivery drivers claim that nobody answered my door, and they had left a delivery ticket, and that package was literally ripped open; luckily the contents were intact, and whole, but this is now becoming a trend with your company. i have one more package presumably being fulfilled for delivery through your company on monday. after that i will make every effort to ensure that nothing i have shipped EVER comes through your company. i will be forwarding a copy of this to proper channels within amazon to ensure that they are aware of the abhorrent service from your company, as well as posting a copy of this letter on google reviews. thank you for your time in reading this complaint, and i hope it prompts some level of action within your company to better your services. I ordered Blue Apron meals for my 80 year old grandparents and I was checking the tracking on the package all day. First the package was out for delivery at 8:33 am but then it said out for delivery at 8:58 am. So I was thinking, okay maybe they will get the package around noon at the latest. I talk to my grandmother frequently and every time I would call or she would call me, she said the package had not arrived because I thought maybe they didnt update the tracking. I had enough at a little after 9 pm (9:20 pm). I called lasership and lucky me, they had not yet closed. I explained the situation and the man on the phone told me I have a point and he personally called the driver for me and when he got back on the phone, he told me the driver was 20 minutes away. I called my grandma and told them what lasership told me. She told me she would leave the light on outside for the driver and was going to ask him what took so long. 10 pm rolls around and no one arrives. I tried to call lasership back and they are obviously closed but I wanted to try anyways. 11 pm comes around and my grandma calls me back and tells me she is going to bed. I apologized to her and she told me it wasnt my fault. So, I look at the tracking information this morning, at 10 pm it said delay in delivery and around 11 pm, it said parcel damaged and will be discarded. It is now a Blue Apron issue but it is just ridiculous. By grandparents cannot make it to the grocery store and I decided to ship them meals. Do lasership drivers not think, not care or not want to drive a little distance? What if it had been insulin for a diabetic? That would be even worse but still its unfortunate and ridiculous that this happened. One star given because the gentleman on the phone was very understanding and nice to me but other than that, I dont appreciate the driver lying to me saying he would be there in 20 minutes when my grandparents stayed up waiting. This nameless driver should be ashamed.

Disregard Marissa Fitzgerald, one review means its a fake review. The only five star review in a long list of one star reviews. People arent stupid Lasership. I ordered a part for customers boiler from Amazon. I had troubleshot the boiler Sunday 2/14/16. Monday morning we had snow so I called several supply houses and they were closed. 10:30 Monday morning I ordered the pilot control and paid for overnight shipping. Amazon emailed at 2:33AM 2/15/16 to tell me the package shipped and would be here by 8:00 PM. I have been in business for over 20 years and have had hundreds of things over nighted, over nighted means by the end of the next business day which is 4:00 PM. My wife works from home and I was in and out all day, no package was delivered. 8:00 came and I got on the phone with Amazon, and they told me they used Lazership. The customer service rep said she would call them and put me on hold. After almost 10 minutes on hold the service rep said she got a message saying "due to high call volume, you should expect long hold times". I quickly googled Lazership and found out they were closed! I also found these reviews. I have told Amazon I will not use them if Lazership is the carrier. Read my review of Amazon about this situation. Lazership is an unprofessional shipper who resorted to posting a fake google review and when closed uses a phone message indicating they are busy. DONT USE LAZERSHIP
