I havent received my order yet shipped with NSD will do a review on the delivery when received. Is in route at this time with a tracking# which is useless as unable to use as no place to enter a tracking# on NSD web site. Due to all the bad reviews must say Im not feeling too good about this company but hoping they come through and rise above the bad reviews. But not being able to track is not starting off very well right from the start. Will post another review when receive the shipment. Gave 2 stars for now as dislike not being able to track. Will rate again when receive shipment. Would love to be able to give 5 stars. Up date I have tracked my shipment to Phoenix. Was dropped there 7:00 am Sep. 7th and hasnt moved seems to be sitting at the linehaul terminal. Seems like the problem could be with whoever NSD hands the shipment off to. Seemed to move pretty fast until got to the Phoenix terminal now seems to be at a stand still. NSD you are dropping the ball and not staying on top of things appears like to me. Will review again when get the shipment. Another update shipment now in the Tucson Terminal as of Sep. 8th 12:15. Now waiting for them to call and set up delivery. When emailed US mattress was told should be getting a call Friday from the Delivery co whoever now has it. And should receive by first part of next week. Have heard nothing from NSD even after emailing them no response as of Sep. 9th Not surprise reviews pretty much right on so far. Another update fright dropped at a local terminal handed off to by NSD for the delivery to our home. Local co was awesome! the drivers were wonderful and very helpful. Had a delivery time of 11:00 -3:00 were here at 11:30 A call at 11:00 to let us know. But after unpacking the matt set Matt was okay but boxsprings damaged so refused to accept delivery team bought my old box springs back in took new one back with them. A new one has been ordered will be another two or 3 weeks wait for the replacement. As for your response NSD to this post I emailed you all my info before posting this review. And I never did get a response from you other then this response to my post. Both US matt and the local delivery co you handed the order off to kept very close contact with us from time placed the order until was delivered. But received no response from NTD. Will do my final update when get my replacement. If could just rate the local co would give the delivery team 5 stars. Showed real customer service skills something very important to me as in customer service myself. well here is my final up date Just received my replacement box springs for the damaged one. All I can say is have to stay on top of delivery service. Non Stop doesnt do the last part of the delivery out to the home is handed off to a local co. And only as good as the people they have doing it. Our first delivery was done by a team with wonderful customer service skills were very happy with them. The ones today seemed to just want to drop and get on their way. The Non stop trucks seem to get to the area quick enough at least found that to be true in our case. But commucation from office lacking. So all in all will give 3 stars Had no problem getting our order but office needs to be more on top of things.

Let me start by saying this is the worst delivery company I had the misfortune to come across. My wife and I ordered a vanity through home depot and so when we got the shipping confirmation email, we were excited to learn our vanity would delivered by 5/9. They were supposed to call to arrange the delivery timeframes and all, and this is just the beginning off the nightmare. As of today is 5/16 and our vanity has not yet been delivered. On Monday May 9th, my wife called around noon to find out the status, only to discover they were off to deliver between 10am and 3p.m., we never got a call and even worse they had the wrong delivery address. So we had to cancel it and were told it would take 24-48 to get address changed aperture to reschedule delivery. 48hrs.later no updates so we called again, they told us home depot hadnt yet approved address change. Called HD they said approval was not only processed, but also had been sent to NSD also. HD graciously called NSD and they bridged to me NSD had received approval, but that NSD was going to need another 48hrs. to approve out on their end and that they would call us-- ridiculous, but ok we waited. By Friday 13th, we hadnt heard a thing from NSD, so many wife calls them, they said they had the approval and could schedule our delivery for Monday 11-3, all along we reconfirmed the right address and right phone number, also asked again and were told the driver should call us 30 away from the house on delivery date. Today delivery date, we told our contractor vanity should be delivered today. Waited by the phone(this is a cell phone), 3:15pm no call. Wife calls them and the rep says "oh I show the driver was there this morning." And out all went downhill from there. They placed the call on hold for about 25 mins. then lady comes back and says we are trying to locate the driver, can we call you back we dont want to keep you on hold. Lady calls back only to apologize, they cant locate the driver to know what happened and they offered to reschedule, we demand a manager and manager instead of trying too take internship for the mishap, says and sorry but we are just a small delivery company you can contact HD for refunds and concerns, but how about tomorrow morning or afternoon? Unbelievable!!! If you know any way of avoiding this company do it, or be warned youll have the worst delivery experience of your life of you get to ! get any delivery asset all from these incompetents! I will follow up once I have taken it up to HD and will deff be calling my lawyer tomorrow morning1st thing.

AMAZING WHITE GLOVE SERVICE - MUST READ: The team delivering our appliance was the BLUE PA Team with Mo. Home Depot let me down SEVERELY because when I made my purchase online, I specifically bought it through them with the understanding (and verbal confirmation from them) that this would not only delivered, but installed as well. WELL, of course the delivery takes place and we come to find out that Home Depot filled out my order as a basic delivery which means a simple drop off. I was visibly upset and even though Mo and the team had absolutely no obligation to stay and help, they went ABOVE and BEYOND. Issue #1) their team was not paid to deliver the unit into my 2nd floor duplex unit (did Home Depot tell us this or specify? NOPE), but they agreed to do it anyway. Issue #2) The box wouldnt fit through the doorway. Mo unscrewed the hinges and temporarily took the door down. Issue #3) The unit box wouldnt fit through the hallway stairs to get it into the unit. Mo and his team unpacked the unit out of the box, got lifting straps and hand carried it up a flight of steep stairs. Issue #4) It was not communicated from Home Depot that the unit would have to be installed. Mo and his team took an additional 40 minutes out of his time to UNINSTALL the existing unit AND INSTALL the new unit... water lines and ALL. Even took the time to do extra inspection of the small washer parts needed to ensure sealed water lines because he has had years of experience in the field for this particular scope of work. Issue #5) The existing old unit needed to be taken out of the building in the same fashion the new one had to come up --- through that narrow hall and down the stairs. They did that. Issue #6) They didnt need to dump it for us BUT THEY DID. They did EVERYTHING and was SOOOO COURTEOUS and PATIENT the entire time. Not only that, but I was so irate with Home Depot and took my frustration out on them in the beginning and they always remained pleasant, calm, and friendly. They put the door back on properly and did FANTASTIC work. I cant believe my terrible luck with Home Depot, but my more-than-plentiful luck that I had the BLUE PA TEAM there to help rectify everything that was not their fault at all. The craziest thing is that I called Home Depots customer service line and they couldnt even locate my ORDER! How is that even possible when the unit was obviously delivered and I had 5-6 email confirmations directly from Home Depot? Cant believe it... It was such a crazy morning.... Thank you SO MUCH, BLUE PA TEAM....
