their drivers do not deliver shipments as they are supposed to. lots of times packages and documents are time sensitive and do not reach recipients on time. they dump all packages at the management office without even attempting to deliver the packages to the respective apartments. the driver does not even knock on the doors. he does not even bring the packages from his truck to the apartment. he just sticks the info notice (many times he does not even leave the info notice on the door) to each apartment and then leaves all packages at the management office. it is convenient for him to deliver parcels that way but very inconvenient for us the consumers to collect packages from the office every now and then. they do not even leave the package on the front door despite the fact that i authorize them to do so through their website at my own risk and responsibility.i am home almost all of the days because i work night shifts only but the driver does not knock on my door and the only way i learn that the package has been delivered (at the management office) is through email that i receive from the business notifying that a package has been delivered. i filed a complaint about their driver with in their business but did not see any results. it looks like this business has lot more angry consumers and they are not rendering the service that consumers pays for

Hello UPS Im Kenneth Jarratt and my package was delayed by the snow from being delivered which is fine so i requested it to beheld at the facility for pickup, and all is good in the world. I take 3 hours on my day off and go to the facility to pick up the item, they run the tracking number. They come back and say its on the truck to be delivered, after I had the amazon personnel call ups and hold the package they package hold went though and was received by the facility so why would a package I said to hold be on the truck for delivery. I wait around another 40 mins for them to then tell me that it was delivered at my house 5 mins ago. I told them i wanted to speak to a supervisor, they tried to call them and their line was busy, after a few more minutes I deiced to go home and see if my package is there. After all this I have wasted my gas and my time on my day off and still I do not have my package, the package that was delivered was something else I had ordered. So what can brown do for me ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!

sorry, ups, but you failed me. you got my package to richmond thursday evening, way ahead of any weather, but you couldnt get it the last 23 miles to my house as you repeatedly promised me *all day* yesterday (friday). and youre closed today (saturday), so theres no way for me to get my package until monday when it will be too late. you used to have local phone numbers for your hubs, but have dropped them for reasons unknown. it really would have been useful to speak to someone locally yesterday, when there was still a chance that i might have been able to track my package down. unfortunately, that wasnt an option and instead of me being able to drive down to the hub, i was stuck at home, waiting for my signature-required package that never arrived. quite simply, you failed to deliver. and i will never use you again, unless there is absolutely no way to get something from there to here. you are just arent worth the risk.

Im not at all surprised by the amount of negative reviews on this ups location. I live in barracks on fort lee and they have delivered packages to me before by the saved address on my amazon account... that address has not changed but apparently (according to who is most likely just a lazy driver) my address is no good. when i called the store to ask them to send it back out they asked if I had a different address, and then proceeded to tell me that they cannot send my package out for re-delivery, and that my only two options are to pick the package up from this location or cancel my order, update my address (which is already correct) and re-order the items. I dont understand how UPS corporate can let this type of crap keep happening, the abundance of poor ratings and reviews should be a wake up call to them that they may want to re-staff this location and weed out the lazy drivers and rude customer support staff.

Sent a package from Washington DC to Richmond on Monday, January 18th via UPS two-day service. Went to this UPS hub on Coach Road. As of today, Saturday, January 30th, it still has not been delivered. Yes, it snowed on Thursday the 21st, but if they had delivered it by Wednesday the 20th as per their two-day promise, that wouldnt have been an issue. Even with the snow, we are going on two weeks now for a distance of just over 100 miles between two cities connected by I95. Lots of the snow has melted by now. Im getting around just fine now in my Honda car! Doesnt UPS have big brown trucks? Our USPS mail is being delivered. Our newspaper is being delivered. Even our milk was delivered (yes, there are still dairies that deliver door-to-door). So why cant a delivery company deliver? UPS is the worst.

I was expecting a very important package today. I stayed home ALL day waiting on it. My wife got home at 3:10 and we were sitting in the living room until about 4:00 PM when I got up and saw a package on the porch. The package on the porch was for my wife and there was a sticky not on the door saying my package could not be delivered because it required a signature, which is why I stayed home all day. No door bell, no knock just a note on the door. The driver I had a few months ago was great and would ring the doorbell every timehe delivered. Now I have had to change my trip plans because I have to have that package before I can leave. Knocking on or ringing the bell is quicker and easier than filling out the note. I expect better. Now I cant get the package until tomorrow and I am not happy. Earl Painter

Waited at my door all day for a very important package. Literally, I sat at my door, watching Netflix on my laptop, waiting for hours. I checked the shipping tracker and it said that an attempt had been made while I was sitting at my door. Nobody knocked, I heard nothing outside my door, and no documentation was left that a delivery attempt had been made. "Customer service" said my only options were to wait until the next day or go to the distribution center and pick up the package. I work nights so waiting on another "delivery attempt" would be frustrating and futile. I specifically scheduled my delivery on the one day of the week I would be available to sign for it. Looks like Im off to the distribution center. Good job UPS.

I accidentally had a UPS shipment requiring adult signature shipped to home (where Im not during day) rather than my office, so I ended up driving to UPS depot on Coach Road late today. Yes, the Couch Road depots in awkward corner of RVA area, but it was cool to see the UPS depot itself. Local UPS delivery trucks all lined up and shining, rail line coming in side of warehouse, highway freighters rolling in from nearby 95. Neat to see nexus of local UPS operations. It was clean and professional, and I felt safe slowly driving through it. Maam at customer service desk of small, industrial customer service area was efficient, polite, and professional. I dont regret the unintended excursion.
