So this facility supposedly attempted to make a delivery but no one was home or the business was closed but according to my Ring doorbell and the fact that I was in my home office looking out the window on the street and there was no attempted delivery. Just in case you are wondering if not for the video evidence the FedEx customer service would not even bat an eye at the problem. In fact to the first woman - it wasnt a problem since I could just wait around another entire day - no issue. The next supervisor I spoke with was more sympathetic but in the end they were not going out of their way to help. This branch clearly has poor management to allow this and there has been no follow up call to discuss my issue. The only issue I have is if I use FedEx again as they clearly arent to be trusted.

IDK AND IDC which one it is he works for because FedEx is FedEx. My daughter got hit by an SUV last year getting on her bus because they had no respect for the bus lights and signs flashing just like one if your drivers speeding through a 35 flashing school zone on 208 Spotsylvania in front of the Spotsylvania HS on my rear end anD had the nerve to look at me like Im crazy for doing 35.That alone is enough to leave this review and no I didnt WASTE my time calling him in because it would have been exactly that a WASTE of time

Who knew this facility would be secured like a high security area. Make sure to check the times, you have to ask for gate entry on a speaker and then go through a one way turnstile. Weird - but secure. GPS does not have the location correct so turn on the road before Google Maps tells you to do so.

I am still waiting for my package to be delivered. You promised delivery yesterday and now told 4me more days. What is up with fed rx ground delivery coming fromto Chicago?????
