I ordered flowers several weeks ago to be delivered on Valentines Day at my fiances work, and payed extra to "guarantee" it would arrive before noon.... well, its 1:35 and still not there, and seeing the other reviews, Ill be lucky if she receives it this week... or at all! To say I am Irate is an understatement! By the way, its also worth mentioning that the last time I had things delivered from Fedex, they were delivered at a neighbors house behind their garage (unprotected from the elements), and they luckily found it several days later and notified me. This is the last time I order anything that relies on Fedex for delivery. I am amazed they still stay in business. Use Fedex at your own risk!

Used 2 day delivery, pkg picked up on Thursday, the email said package would be delivered Monday (does that = 2 days? I didnt think so either). So Im relaxing at home on Sunday-----ALL DAY!!!! Next I get an email saying my pkg couldnt be delivered due to no one home!!!!!!! NOW DELIVERY IS SET FOR TUESDAY!!!!! WTF NO ONE EVER GOT THEIR LAZY AZZES OUT OF THE TRUCK TO KNOCK ON MY DOOR? NO DOOR TAG "NOTHING" OR DID THEY EVER COME TO MY HOUSE? THEN I CALLED AND ASKED FOR DELIVERY "MONDAY" AFTER 3PM, GUY SAID YEP ILL PUT THAT REQUEST IN RIGHT AWAY....COME MONDAY DELIVERY CAME AT 11AM....WTF NOW ILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL AFTER 6PM TO PICK MY PKG UP!!!!! THIS IS PURE BULL-_-T!!!!

These guys DO NOT knock on doors!!!! they just leave a tag. I have missed my package 3 times while being home. If you ask at the office an aproximate delivery time, they would just say: "any time during the day" What??? So are we supposed to be at the door all they long waiting when these people come??? I then told then that I would pick up my package, the rep told me that it would be at their location at 7 pm, I drove all the way to their location and at 7pm they were closed. I am so mad at these people. DO NOT do business with Fedex.

FEDEX Fredericksburg drivers, never ring the door bell, or knock on the door, they just leave a door tag. It takes less work to do the job right the first time. My wife & I were waiting for the delivery of her phone, and were less than 15 from the door, the garage was also open as an alternative for the driver/delivery man. Now we have to wait for tomorrow to get a 2 day package. What are we paying them for? where is my refund? What a way to run a company! This is why Ive learned to hate using FEDEX!

I could not be home to sign for a package and the nearest pickup center is 12 miles away. My other option is to drive to Prince William County for pick up. Why dont they offer pickup like UPS does at their authorized shippers? There are several of those (FedEx/UPS) within a mile radius of me. Very customer unfriendly that you have to drive that amount of distance for your packages. I will keep that in mind for my next shipment and delivery options.

Total garbage, Please use UPS!, The Post Office, or make the drive and dont bother trying to ship your packages. If your not home you will never be able to pick up your package. This is the second time that I tried to pick up my package ta the location. It never works, and the customer service people lie to you, and then they will eventually hang up on you. I hope everyone at this location gets the diarrhea.

If I could give less than one star I would WORST shipping company I am on day 6 of 2 day delivery and still have not received my package. I will NEVER use FedEx again, they did not care about me or getting me my delivery. UPS would has never treated me like the FedEx "customer care" center did tell me you will get it day by 8 pm. And if not you can always come and get your package. REALLY??????

these delivery people do not ring door bell. I then called to schedule a delivery and was told the package will arrive at 430 today and is enroute. my text msg stated they arrived after 230 today. if I havent been home at the time of the delivery the first 2times telling them i wont bed home until 430 why would they bring the package early again. m

I left a note on the door for the delivery guy to leave the package, after it had not arrived by 4:30pm as scheduled, AND no signature was required. And I get an email saying package could not be delivered. Defeated the entire purpose of having it delivered OVERNIGHT, if I cant get it until 3 days later. FRUSTRATING!

I think this place is awesome, i use to go to ups but after getting frustrated with standing in lines i switched to fedex. Much faster to ship a box, they dont ask as many questions as ups either. I think prices are a little bit cheaper and the shipping speed is also better. Keep up the good work over there!

I have been shipping all my packages from this FedEx ship center for years. Even during the holidays, there is never a long wait. All staff members are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Ground shipping is always fast, and prices are low. Highly recommended!!

Horrible customer service ... Was quoted 3 times 2 by phone and yesterday in person.. $20. At most per tire ... Make deal online and go to ship today and its $90.... WTF!!!! Never will i use FedEx of Fredericksburg AGAIN !!! DO NOT trust their quotes

I paid an extra $15 for 2 day shipping and my package still isnt here. Its been at that office for 5 days now. The workers dont make any efforts at all in making sure packages are delivered on time. I never get door tags when they "show up" (facepalm)
