What a terrible experience. I have been to several Kinkos facilities, and this was by far the worst. The service was slow and disrespectful, the wifi was non-usable due to its lack of speed, and the staff did not care AT ALL that I was dissatisfied. A simple print job turned into a 20 minute escapade that had me struggling to connect to the internet, paying to use their computer (which never loaded past the home screen), and begging to borrow a flash drive from a staff member for 30 seconds (I was denied). I will not use this store again, and I urge you to print your work at another location.

Dont go here for the printing services. Staff doesnt know what theyre doing and makes no effort to help you at all. Their printers are running out of ink and their computers are so slow that youll be waiting 30 minutes for a proof. They have a million hidden fees, some of which sound fake. They tried to charge me $215 for 100 postcards on card stock after misquoting the order twice. Worst of all, they wouldnt even let me keep the proof or take a photo, they wanted $5 more even if I wasnt placing the order.

Horrible experience trying to get a job for my national corporation printed. The company wont use them in the future. Customer service is atrocious now and the manager seems unable to fix the issues with his staff and location. This is a shame because the location USED to be so much better. Just gone so far downhill in the last few years. IF you do decide to use them ask for David hes AMAZING! Hes the only one left that cares about customer service and a quality product being produced.

I highly suggest going elsewhere for your printing needs (specifically canvas printing). This location lacks customer service and decent management. They do not value the price that is quoted online or provided over the phone by employees. Be careful when placing an order because the prices provided up front may be drastically higher when you arrive for pickup. Save yourself the time and stress and use a different print service such as CostCo that is a far better value and experience.

Great customer service, great management. I ship out several boxes of many different sizes every week. If youre polite and courteous, theyll do anything they can to help you, from helping you bring the packages inside, to helping you print shipping labels for them.

I cant speak for the late night staff who didnt acknowledge my presence as I was making copies, but the early morning staffer welcomed me even though he was with a customer. The layout is very intuitive and easy to get in and out for self service options.

When I came in at 2:30pm the place was empty and they quickly offer to help. Got all my info, printed the label for me and out went the package. It was painless. The store is clean and the service was very good.
