just terrible service. the staff were unfriendly, discourteous, and contentious. In the time I spend waiting, I heard a black couple talked down to like they were assholes for showing up to look for a missed delivery, and told they were lying when they claimed the driver didnt knock: "thats just ridiculous, why would he make his own job harder and force himself to return to your home? of course he knocked. you just didnt hear him. did you have loud music playing?". I am not going to accuse this woman of being a racist, but there is no need to talk to people that way, and it definitely sounded a bit borderline. The next customer in line couldnt receive an important work package he had missed because his ID had a different address than the package, and they acted like he was the jerk once again. My own experience was quick and painless, with minimal interaction(therefore minimal attitude), but it was really uncomfortable to stand in line and watch customers treated so poorly. Between my experience and the reviews I have read, it sounds like they need to retrain or overhaul their entire staff.

I had a horrible experience here. I was on vacation when they tried to deliver a package to my house. They left me a message that I had to pick it up before Wednesday or they would ship it back to the sender (I guess having a box there was really cramping their style). I got back from vacation and went straight there on Tuesday. They told me it had already been processed, and they couldnt give it to me. A total waste of time, and two weeks later, Im still waiting to get my package back.

I found the gentlemen here extremely helpful. I arrived without my packing slip and they searched and searched for it but couldnt find it. Tracked it today and it will be delivered to my house again and I have signed the slip so they can leave it. I changed my company from UPS to FedEx and it was the smartest thing we ever did. The people at this FedEx location are patient, kind and very friendly. I ship a lot of packages from this location and have never had a problem with my package, or the people. I have an at-home business and the people at this location are always happy to answer any questions I have about the best way to pack or send an item.

Horrible. Absolutely lazy people working for them. Package was at the nearby fedex. I went to pick it up but they are to lazy to sort through some boxes to find it. Told me I have to wait for it to be delivered. You would think Im saving them the time and cost to deliver it so they could use that time to look for a package.

Staff plus mostly nice. Dissapointed that I had to go to u haul to get a decent box since their larger boxes are only rated at 50 lbs which is ridiculous. U hauls were rated at 65 lbs . they would not ship my items which came out to 56 lbs until I went and got a better rated box....

I just mailed out a package on New Years Eve. There were at least three other customers in there with me at 4:45 p.m.. Pick up was at 5 p.m.. The employee was very patient with all of us handled the multitasking with ease and overall it was an amazing experience.

FedEx 2Day package finally arrived there after being bounced from Ft Worth to Newark to Indianapolis to Memphis. Shipper requested delivery attempt before pickup is requested so 2Day has turned into 5-6 days.

The FedEx center is beautifully located. There are automatic doors to make it easy to bring your packages in. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They always make my day here.

Parking spots are close to the entrance which features auto opening doors. Person behind the counter was pleasant and helpful. I shipped two packages and was in and out in 5 minutes.
