Had a 7 a.m. appointment. Arrived on time only to be told by the person at the front desk, "I think Jared is out sick today." I asked if she could find out as I had just driven for an hour to be there on time. She just stood there and looked at me. No response, no, "Im sorry for the inconvenience. Im sorry no one called you. Would you like to reschedule? Is there anything I can do to help?" Nope. Just stood there and went back to her cell phone. Nice. Thats customer service for you.

Good location...level three passion plus lay down tanning beds. Lacking equipment though. No free weight leg machines. Missing some ab machines too and the lockers are not up to par...The mirrors are terrible in Tyger guys...women need to get ready for the day and need to length mirrors. The at would make a huge difference. Very nice massage areas though and very nice staff and immaculate a far as upkeep. Good parking too.

Awful customer service. Im in the military and left for over seas. Im back now and I had received a email saying they will waive fees if I want to join again. I went there and talked to a girl stating shes the manager and they said sorry that offer expired yesterday. Its ok. I just went down the street to extreme family family fitness for less a month, and they are installing a pool this year. Stay away from those crooks.

My second day there, had a scheduled time with trainer. Met trainer, he couldnt find my paper work, set me up a different workout schedule, told me I was doing cardio today, put me on a machine he said push start stay 20 min, move to next machine 20 min. Then move to a bike for 10 min and your done. Not much of an instructor, Ill stay my month I paid for and find somewhere else. Hated it

I was really excited about joining PF. I just wish I would have checked it out more throughly. Disappointed in my meet with fitness trainer. 4 people in my group, a quick run through on the equipment, no one on one! Basically just a Go At It! Regret signing up for Black Card . Should of just went with $10.00 a month. Very discouraged and disappointed.

Horrible experience here. You get charged more than what you are told. I had black membership and it was supposed to be 20 even but it would sometimes be more. Then when I cancelled after a year they tell me I have to pay for the whole month because I didnt cancel over a week before my due date. Please take my word avoid these crooks.

Pretty good gym. I would say one improvement could be to provide a couple more classes that arent the typical . But the vibe is good, motivation is on point and its generally clean. Over all a nice place.

Poor management. Nobodys really helpful. Training is questionable. Seen them have someone vomiting their insides up because they didnt allow her to leave for the evening.

Updated and plentiful equipment. Friendly and knowledgeable employees. They also have two hydro beds and four massage chairs.
