The Service dept seemed to be slow getting parts in and contacting me with the status of my computer. A 2 day turn around ended up being 22 days. To top it off, my computer is given back to me with a fresh scratch about 2" long in the middle of the screen. Wouldnt you think they would have fixed that before calling me to pick it up??? Next time...GEEK SQUAD

Hard a hard drive installed only to have it take longer than I was told and to get my computer back with a non valid Windows install. When I told them they simply said sorry and offered to SELL me a valid version of Windows! Beware!
