Brian is as good as they come! I mean that from every perspective. His technical skills are considerable, his professionalism is top shelf, and his customer-service mindset is the best. Ive gotten to know Brian before he started this business and have come to know his family a bit as well. His value, honesty, and integrity is evident in all. Brian has cleared viruses and diagnosed hidden problems in several computers that either I own or that belong to family and friends. In each case, he has gone above and beyond and done it at a reasonable price. I would, and often do, recommend Brian to anyone having issues with their computing equipment. Meet him, entrust your equipment to him, and when you leave you will have a smile and say "wow, this guy is the real deal!"

Brian & his team are top of the line in every way - knowledgable, very polite, hard working, diligent, helpful & nice. The service is as quick as possible. The shop is tidy & clean. My iMac was totally dead & he resuscitated it completely bringing back all my software, calendars, bookmarks, applications, etc. The best thing - I called numerous times with questions, etc. & he was never impatient with me. Also, Brian encouraged me to call upon returning home with the computer if I had more questions, which I did. Again he was patient & helpful. Super! Theyre not open on weekends

I am in Kansas and my mother in Naples. She was having problems with her computer and talking it through with her over the phone was fruitless. I called, set up an appointment for one of their technicians to make a house call and they were able to solve all her problems and educate her a little more. Raven was awesome. I had a PC in my church crash and needed a hard drive same day to get it back on line in less than 24 hrs. She searched for a used drive and found exactly what I needed and sold it to me at a great price. She even let me hook it up on her bench to test it and verify the PC was ready for an OS install. You do get that kind of service anywhere.

Warranty failed, and Paradise fixed it! My laptop was still within the warranty time frame, but they couldnt fix the virus on it. Paradise Computer Repair fixed it fast and made it better than ever. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Best price and friendly people!
