I brought my MacBook Pro in because the wifi didnt work. I booted it up right there for them with the fully charged battery. They ordered a wifi card and a week later told me the hard drive was bad. They ordered a drive and a week later told me that the cable from the drive to the motherboard was bad. They ordered that part. (Apparently they do not stock any parts!!!) A week later they called to tell me the computer was done. When I called back they said that it was not my computer but another person. A week later they called and said that the computer was done. I drove 1 hr to get there and they said it would take a few hours to load my software. They booted it up and now the battery doesnt work, nor does the wifi. They told me that the computer was old and they would put back the old parts and not charge me. I thought I would have my working, but no wifi, computer back. NOW THE COMPUTER DOES NOT BOOT AT ALL, LET ALONE THE WIFI, AND THE BATTERY DOESNT WORK. All I wanted was my computer back in the same condition. NOW I am left with NOTHING. DONT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER THERE. Im sure they switched things out or didnt put it together correctly because it wont even recognize the battery. When I call to talk to the owner he talked for a while and said "Ive been to your house" NO you havent. He had me confused with another person. Maybe this is her computer. Owner is not interested in making this right……… He talked to me like I was an idiot. I have been and IT coordinator, webmaster, instructor of web design etc. I am not unfamiliar with computers. Save your money. Go someplace else or you will get back less than what you dropped off.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH , THE GUY TOLD ME 75.00 AND IT WOULD TAKE TWO DAYS , WELL IT TOOK OVER TWO WEEKS AND IN THE TWO WEEKS I CALLED OVER TWENTY TIMES , LEAVING SEVERAL MESSAGES AND NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK EVER . THEN I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD PICK UP MY COMPUTER AT 5 O CLOCK FRIDAY AND I WENT THERE THREE TIMES AND NO ONE WAS THERE , CALLED SEVERAL TIMES , NO ANSWER , TO TOP IT ALL OFF MY COMPUTER IS RUNNING WORSE THEN WHEN I BROUGHT IT TO HIM . WHEN I CONFRONTED HIM ON HIS WORK , HE JUST GOT ANGRY AND DIDNT WANT TO DEAL WITH IT .I ENDED UP PAYING OVER TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR NOTHING! BEWARE THIS GUY IS A CROOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took my laptop to CCS after screen went black on both laptop and extended monitor. In less than a day Melissa called and indicated the Mother Board was bad. Suggested that it would probably be more cost effective to buy a new computer and transfer data. I was most appreciative of the recommendation. They could have easily suggested a replacement board but gave me the best solution for the issue. Took my new computer in and within a few days I had pretty much everything transferred. I was back in business and very thankful to have all my data, family photos etc. CCS is very professional and honest. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Tried to contact another computer repair shop in Fort Myers but couldnt even get them to respond to phone calls or texts (which is how they contacted me the only time I made contact). Decided to just stop into Creative Computer Solutions. They knew the fix for my problem of my MacBook running so slow. They ordered the parts I needed, kept it overnight and cleaned up the "junk". They then installed more memory and a solid state hard drive. Told me is would add years of life to my computer! I got it back the next day and it runs like a charm. Thank you Shea for such efficient service. ....customer for life!

My first experience with CCS was to have pop-ups removed from my notebook. Thats when I first met Alex, the IT rep. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in short order. One of the pop-ups returned and Alex fixed the problem without charge. My second experience was with my wifes table top. Again, Alex listened carefully to the problems that she was facing and suggested a solution. She was without her computer for only a day and a half. Alex did a great job at a reasonable cost, my wife is happy, and I got the rewards. Mike

What a wonderful experience! New in the Cape Coral area and having problems with our lap-top computer. Googled computer repair and found this business. I was impressed with the reviews and carried my lap-top to them. The staff there were super nice, friendly and helpful. They completed a tune-up and removed some virus that had locked up the lap-top. Best of all, got it back the next day. Alls well, and I highly recommend them and will use them again with any computer issues. Services are very reasonably priced. Keep up the great work guys.

Orinally, I had an issue with a virus. Creative Computer Solutions got rid of it and also sold me a virus control under the promise that If I ever got a virus again, they will take care of removal of the same for free. They told me to run this virus controls every two weeks or so. I did and I eventually got another bad virus. I took my computer again to them and they were ready to help, cleaned the virus and I came back home with my computer all taken care of. Thanks Creative Computer Solutions. You d a good job. My PC went on a blink. Creative Computer Solution came highly recommended by a good friend of mine. So I had high expectation when I brought my PC to them for repair. They did not disappoint me. My PC is now fully restored to normal operation, and within short repair time. I am very gratified for their knowledgeable service at very fair price. On top of it, they attended to me so nicely. My whole experience interacting with Shea Hambling, the owner, was top notch. Words alone are not enough to describe how satisfied I have been.

On Friday evening my Dell PC would not power up. I called at around 11:00 on Saturday morning and Shea told me he was open until 1:00 and to bring my computer in. I got there around 11:45 at which time Shea troubleshot it and said it was a blown power supply. He told me it would be about 30 minutes to repair and he was right on the mark. The entire experience was perfect and I was back up and running by 1:00. A real courteous and professional individual and I would highly recommend him.

I took my computer in to get a new cd rom put in and Alex had it done in no time. I had to return the next day because I was reinstalling windows 7 and the power went out. I took it back so he could do a clean install and it was ready the same day. Everyone who works there is great and very friendly and helpful. The service is awesome and the prices are very good. I will return if I have more problems and I will tell my friends about this place. Great service and fair prices!!!!!
