Ive used Computer Help of SW Florida (CHSWFL) exclusively for all of my hardware and software needs in my law practice since at least July, 2000. Obviously I was very concerned when I learned that CHSWFL was being sold some 14 years into my business relationship with CHSWFL; especially with how the new owner would be able to help me with my system when the prior owner had been working hands on expanding, updating and trouble shooting the same for some 14 plus years. Well now, after having worked with the new owner, Andreas Hochhausl, for just over a year, I am happy to say with absolute certainty that Andreas acquisition of CHSWFL has taken CHSWFL to a much higher level; a level I really did not know existed for small to medium sized businesses . Andreas was able to step in and take off running without any real learning curve or having to reinvent the wheel. As a sole practitioner, whenever Andreas works on my system, Im present and observing. What Ive learned about Andreas is that while his knowledge of hardware is very extensive and detailed, in my opinion, in this plug and play era, the real skill that Andreas has that makes CHSWFL a simply outstanding service provider is his in depth knowledge and experience with a wide variety of software and with how that software can improve the performance, efficiency and most importantly the security of your business and the information. In addition to being really great at suggesting such software, Andreas is also very patient explaining the operation of that software and how you can get the most from the same. Ive also seen that Andreas coordinates seamlessly with my database programmer. Andreas is readily available, typically completes his work by the time he tells me it will be ready, his charges are fair - especially given his experience and knowledge - a real value - and, as a bonus, he doesnt push extras and, in fact, he even tells me if I suggest something that is overkill or that he thinks would result in a waste of my time and money. Finally, I trust him, an important factor given the nature of my work. In closing, Ive written this review on my own accord and I havent received anything in exchange for the same. In fact, I believe this is the first online review Ive written and only because of how genuinely happy I am with the work which Andreas has done for me to date (including a new server and 3 new workstations earlier this year). For obvious reasons, I didnt want to include my contact information, but Ive given Andreas permission to provide the same if you have any questions for me about Andreas and CHSWFL.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience in here. I had spoken to another similar shop and while the prices were about the same the customer service of Computer Help was much better. They dont talk to you like an idiot for not knowing what the heck you are talking about (which I have no problem admitting I dont) They honed in on my exact needs, and then proceeded to go above and beyond to make it happen. The work was done in a very timely fashion and the price was better than I had thought. When I picked up my unit he showed me everything he had done and was proud of his work, as he should have been. He explained things to me in language I could understand and adjusted to my exact needs. I cant say enough good things. I am sorry to read such a negative review right above mine but you know how some people are. Chances are good it didnt happen that way or they got rid of the people responsible. Go to this place they will take care of you.

I bought a used computer that had a password and was unable to use it. Rick at Computer help went over the computer, removed password, cleaned, added virus protection & memory. He did a great job. The work was done on time and at exactly the price quoted. Hes a great guy and would recommend Rick and Computer help. Thanks!
