Well, my experience "THIS INDIVIDUAL IS RUDE" and he does not provide the service you are paying for "you dont fix a laptop / clean it out and then return it to the customer with a button that does not let you turn on the laptop". It doesnt make sense "but for this guy it did "as it would cost additionally charges since I would have had to bring it to him again." Unfortunately for this guy I found a nearby place a PROFESSIONAL WITH HIGH INTEGRITY AND DOES AWESOME REPAIRS "ALL YOU NEED" AND THE PRICES ARE NOT HIGH. ***BUT GIOVANNI TRIED TO RUIN THE BUSINESS / EMPLOYER BY HIS BEHAVIOR****... I received now a email that this INDIVIDUAL GIOVANNI "HAS SLIPPERY FINGERS" WALKED OUT FROM HIS PREVIOUS EMPLOYER WITH CUSTOMERS INFORMATION "TO GET CLIENTS".... I ADVISE ALL ... IF SOMEONE LIKE GIOVANNI TAKES CUSTOMERS INFORMATION FROM HIS EMPLOYER "WHAT WILL HE DO WITH WHAT YOU HAVE ON YOUR COMPUTER, LAPTOP, IPHONE ..ETC.?" HE IS UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND UNTRUSTWORTHY .... THERE ARE AWESOME COMPANIES, LEGIT AND HONEST IN THE AREA ...****FOR EXAMPLE: HIS PRIOR EMPLOYER / THE COMPANY I TOOK MY BUSINESS TO**** GIOVANNI OBVIOUSLY IS THE TYPE OF INDIVIDUAL THAT MIGHT BE CAPABLE OF STEALING DATA THAT U MAY HAVE ON YOUR EQUIPMENT .... OR MAY EVEN BE CAPABLE OF PLACING SOMETHING ON YOUR COMPUTER! GIOVANNI "INTEGRITY, MORALS, RESPECT" IS THE KEY TO A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS!!!! .... WHATEVER COMPANY STARTS AS YOU HAVE STARTED YOURS "HAS ONE WAY AND ONLY ONE ...DOWN HILL!

I am a member of The Cape Coral Welcome Center group on Facebook. I posted a question for a referral for a place that could fix my computer FAST...so many people suggested that I try Genius Computer Repair and Service in Cape Coral Florida so I gave you guys a shot. I was so pleased with everything from the minute I walked in the door! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I thought I would need to leave it over night but the guy (Giovanni) and the desk asked me to come back in 4 hours and he would see what he could do. Imagine my surprise when I got a call 2 hours later and was told it was all set! Then I thought...Oh boy, this will cost me an arm and a leg...boy was I wrong. It was far less then what I expected and MORE then fair. My computer is back up and running with no issues and I still have my arms and legs :-) Thank you all so much!

Ive actually brought in a few computers for the guys at Genius to work on. Every time, Ive been met with complete professionalism, and Ive never been disappointed in the work--or care--that Paul and Giovanni have shown me and my computers. Ive brought in just about everything: being frantic and brought in a computer that I had to have back within hours for a class, all the way to trying to get back deleted files from the previous year. Every time, the guys have taken excellent care of me and my computers, and each time they have gone the extra mile to make sure they either fixed, or told me, about other issues they found. Their prices are completely reasonable, and you have peace of mind knowing theyll take care of your belongings just as they would your own. I wont take my computers anywhere else!!! :)

I went in frantically looking for a new Laptop. I was worried because I stored so many important documents on my unrepairable Laptop and thought they were gone for good. Thank God I found this place after hearing so many positive things about them on Facebook (Love social media) because not only did I get a better price then anywhere I had been looking, they were able to save ALL the documents and photographs from my old laptop. Gio worked with me and listened to my needs and set me up with a fabulous Laptop! Thank you guys so much...I know how busy you were so it meant so much that you made my needs a priority. Great customer service! I took my desktop computer in because I was having an issue, "No signal" on the monitor. Brandon listened to me, stated what possibly could be the problem & assured me I would know what the problem was before the day was over. A few hours after dropping it off, Brandon called me. The computer was working just fine. He informed me that possibly the HDMI cable I had at home was not working. When I went to pick up the computer he had it up & running to show me it was working. Great customer service, never made me feel "dumb" - I told him I didnt know much about computers... & yes, it didnt cost me a dime. The next time I have an issue with my computer I will not hesitate to take it to Genious. Keep up the great work!

I brought a difficult task to Genius Computer Repairs & Service. I had an old computer that was running a DOS program (yes, I said DOS), and being I was running this DOS program I hadnt been able update my computer in some time. I asked him to build me a new computer; one that would run the dinosaur DOS program, as well as have much more memory, and speed. He did it! I have an amazing computer, running Windows 7 professional, 64-bit operating system, and 8 GB of RAM...and still have my DOS program. All of this for an amazing price AND done in just a couple days! Genius Computer Repair & Service comes HIGHLY recommended.

I have a custom built gaming computer that is a monster. It suddenly shut down while I was playing and suspected the power supply. I lugged it in to Genius and they called me back saying they had changed out the power supply and it still was dead. They tracked the problem down to a short in the video card. Some shops would try to sell me both a power supply and a new card but Genius did not. They gave me several options for the new card, installed the one I wanted and I was back online within 3 days. Good service, reasonable prices, friendly office. Busy place, but quick turn-around. Thank you!

Whatever I say regarding this mans ethics and honesty and worksmanship; he deserves better. You can leave your computer with this mans shop and know you left it in good hands; who will work on your computer knowing its your hardrive; your memory; all your important data and info in the machine and most important your money that its costing you to fix your machine. He wont ring up the meter and hand you a huge bill if it was a simple fix. And the only thing stopping him from doing that is his integrity. So yeah if you have a problem with your computer; relax and leave to them . It will be in good hands.

I had to have a motherboard replaced on my laptop. They wanted to try and replace a chip first so that I could save a $100. It didnt work but they didnt have to do that, they could have just replaced the motherboard without trying another option. I did not have to pay for anything regarding the first attempt. They are very honest and the pricing is incredible. Their customer service skills are fabulous. I spoke to Brandon on more than one occasion and he is as nice and patient as he can be. I highly reccomend Genius Computer Repair. They rock!!!
