Warning unreliable and slow!. Had them do a server system for my company. They were suppose to set up a mirrored server so if our main server failed we could just switch over. We had a failure and we switched over and the software said no file found. We were dead in the water till the sever was fixed. This system runs our entire company, time clocks, billing and pricing! The repair on the server we had to do our selves do to the lengthy response time. They took two days to respond to the service ticket . Thats two days were we would have not been able to do any business at all. They are now refusing to work on it and make it right so I am writing this review. They want top money but do not give top service. They must think they are the only game in town. You may want to help me prove them wrong and save yourself some grief. This is my opinion, thank you for reading.

Damon is the man to call when you have been kicked where it counts. My main shop PC went down right in the middle a major part of day. 1 call to EMC and poof with in an hour we were back on the road to success. He was able to ask a few question and then he stated he would be able to repair my PC when he got here and by god oh I mean DAMON it was fixed and the price was a good value as well. He was also ready just in case the repair he thought it would be was not what he thought it would be. He brought out a unit to replace my PC with. And in the shape I was in he could have sold it me and would not have known any better. HONESTY Is the best thing in business. OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND QUALITY Thanks a bunch YOU ROCK Damon of EMC I will recommend these guys any time any place.

We have just been with EMC since Sept. 2009 but Damon won us over within the first couple of weeks of meeting him. The owner of our company was dealing with an ongoing Outlook/Exchange issue that our existing consulting company was trying to fix. After many hours and money spent with this other company, we were referred to Damon and EMC. He came in and fixed the problem within a few days. His pricing is very fair and hes offered ways to save us money. Weve also been having backup issues. If I email Damon, I get a response very quickly. Im not left wondering if its going to be taken care of or not. Hes resolved yet another big issue for us in a timely matter. I know we can depend on him to help us with our computer issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I came in there becuase I accidentally removed my permissions from the c drive. What happened: 1. They told me my on board motherboard video card was bad (proven wrong) 2. They took out an adapter from the power supply that would have attached to the video card that I had. 3. They told me I needed a new computer. This process took a week. I bought the computer they suggestedinitially, but when I got my old computer back I took it to a friends house who fixed it in 3 hours, and the computers video card was good, so was the motherboard. So I took the computer back for a refund. I would suggest staying away from this company unless you would like to buy a new computer when it is unnecessary, and have people stealing parts out of your computer.

I had heard good things about EMC so I decided to give them a try, depsite the distance - a round trip takes about an hour. I needed a part and I called them first to ensure that they had it so I would not have to make the long trip twice. I explained the distance/time issue to them and asked them to verify that the part was there before I risked making the trip for nothing. They put me on hold and came back and told me the part was there. When I got to the store 30 minutes later, they did not have the part. They had never checked their stock cabinet, which is located just a few steps away from their phone. A waste of my time and energy. I would not recommend to anyone.

This is Christina Dubeansky from Prosperity Properties. Bob was here today and did a great job at networking our computer and solving the many bugs we had in our systedm. We are in Painesville and found this to be a great option for us. Even with the travel it wa worth it to have this level of compitency. we even sent a computer with him to be repaired and act as our back up. Bob was professtional and friendly. He was very patient as I am not familiar with the language and many of the aspects of the system. He was VERY helpful. In a day when everyones answer is to buy a new PC, I really appreciate a shop with the mentality of "Hey we can fix that and save you some money!" Plus they have the knowledge and skills to do it! I have been gonig here for years and never worry about being oversold and misinformed. In addition to the guys in the shop, Damon is an awesome consultant and technician. He is very sensitive to the timely solution to my business problems. NOTE: The shop processes repairs in the order received and they do have a backlog, because they are good. So, unless you have a valid emergency, you will have to a few days - but its worth it!

Great group of people. Damon and the group at EMC helped me setup a small business server and network after I had a friend try to do it for me with mixed results. They were extremely helpful and understanding and worked with me to make sure I got the features I wanted and explained things in a way that a non-IT professional can understand. They are very helpful over the phone and in person. The prices are good and they dont try to sell you useless software or equipment because they take the time to understand what you need. I went back to EMC for a VOIP phone system to help our business grow.

We had a server crash which was running our restaurants point of sale system. Damon had it up and running before we opened at 11. The following day we had the same issue and Damon was able to get to the site within the hour and save us again. It was a failing PC which we eventually replaced. With close to $30,000 in sales for those two days the impact would have been drastic if he were unable to help us. It would have impacted our sales, guest satisfaction and employee well-being. EMC will be our go to company for our emergency computer service needs in the Cleveland area.

EMC Computers was great to deal with. The were very professional and got my computer back to normal after I was getting all these error messages. I had a few minor problems when I got it back (only because I dont know much about computers), but they were very helpful in assisting me. They have a great staff of hardworking employees as is obvious when you walk in their store. I highly recommend this computer repair store over any other. They treat you like a person, not a number and I liked that. Thanks guys!
