I knew when I pulled up to the building I shouldnt have went in. It is a run down little apartment, but I needed my laptop fixed after the DC Jack broke. Was told it would take 5 days to fix because they had to order the part. Called 8 days later and it still wasnt done. When I was finally contacted about the computer, I was accused of taking it apart and messing with it when they turned the laptop on and it shut right back off. After 3 more phone calls, they tell me while putting the laptop back together, they put a part to a different laptop in mine and that was causing the problem. The clerk at checkout was then rude when I picked it up. When I got home and turned on the laptop, the screen now takes up to 30 seconds to turn on, the mouse doesnt right click anymore and sometimes wont let me scroll, and the computer isnt running nearly as well as it did before I took it in. Not the best prices either. Bottom line, I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all cost.

Awesome Customer Service A++++ I was having a problem with my MacBook Pro and I was told to give Ocala Mac a chance. Well I brought it to them and they told me the hard drive was bad and they showed me the report from the diagnostic software. They gave me a price to replace the drive with a faster drive and to recover all my kids pictures also they had the parts in stock. Another computer company told me over $1500.00 to recover all my data. The tech Anthony their was able to run Data Recovery on the drive and got everything back that I lost. Ocala Mac made me a very HAPPY man that day and didnt charge me much. After picking my MacBook up, I returned with a windows laptop and they were able to fix that also. I will always recommend them to anyone. THANK YOU SO MUCH OCALA MAC!

Very disappointing, I was quoted over $500 for replacing a hard drive in my macbook. I thought that seemed rather high, yes it could be done quickly but I would rather buy a brand new mac for around a $1000. So I took it to The real Apple Store in Orlando at Milenia (yes quite a drive but totally worth it) They showed me how to replace the hard drive myself ($56 on Amazon for a great hard drive) plus they are replacing my fan and replacing my body of my macbook (for a total of $17). The thing I am most upset about is that I paid $65 to run the diagnostic test on my mac. I shouldve known better. With the $65 I paid this place I am still saving over $400.

A great company! When they found out my hard drive had been switched out with the wrong one in my laptop, they personally drove to the other repair shop to retrieve it. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Ocala Mac and PC will take care of you, just ask for Andy.

Was very displeased with the quality of work they do here. My computer is still not fixed. Save yourself the time, money, and effort and go somewhere else, trust me.
