As a small business, any computer issue is major to the work flow. The folks at Blue Thumb have consistently impressed me with what they can fix quickly and get it done right. I appreciate their timely and spot on work whether its buying a new computer, upgrading an old one, networking systems or dealing with malware. I love that they will remote connect and take care of it all. Blue Thumb is my go to team for getting my problems solved expeditiously. Nice to have an IT Company that I can trust. :)

I went to a different local computer repair place that I wont name and the owner seemed like he wanted to help but was too busy and wouldve had to wait. I went to Blue Thumb and the dropped everything they were doing to help me. It was a simple fix but for what it was they were quick, knowledgeable and not trying to up sell but instead trying to make you pay less as possible. I actually lost my license and they tracked me down and made sure I got it back.

This place is the most honest group of people to do business with. They do great work and dont overcharge or do anything unnecessary to your computer. IE add software that shuts down your hard drive after 365 days forcing you to go back and have your system worked on....... Like most computer stores in the area Plant City area.

Great integrity Stand-up owner - when my phone was stolen on a business trip and someone tried to take it to his shop to have it repaired. Rather than just repair the phone and get paid for his time and effort he contacted me and sent the phone to my address (in North Carolina) at his own expense.

I loved this place. I was having trouble with my laptop and I took it here and they got the problem resolved in an out 15 minutes and it was very inexpensive. The girl was very nice. Definitely taking my laptop there again if I have any more trouble with it.
