8/13/16 Wanted my PC built for me safely and called PC Mechanic Repair and had him do it. After he started working on my PC, he quickly found out that the thermal paste i provided him was not up to his standard and to clean the CPU and re-apply his own thermal paste at no additional cost. He updated me by phone as he progressed with the build and when he finally finished, he ran tests and benchmarks to check the computers performance and check on the temperature for the parts. He took extreme care worked diligently on my computer to make sure it was in optimal condition when i would come to pick it up. Let me tell you, when i came in, i was very pleased with how clean and proper the inside of the case was. The cable management was beautiful and he arranged the fans for the case to provide excellent air-flow and cooling. After showing me what he had done, he also proceeded to tell me about useful programs to use AND he informed me on what to look for when buying certain computer parts. He answered all my question and was very helpful. To note, he also gave me all the spare parts (cables, etc) that were left over. (Some mechanics dont do this and keep the remaining parts) I highly recommend his services. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Jose at PC mechanic computer repair. Its been refreshing to deal with a company built on HONESTY, PROFESSIONALISM, and REASONABLE PRICES. Many of us arent as computer savvy as we would hope to be, which leaves us vulnerable to services like Geek Squad at Best Buy, who offered to fix my computer for $670 (thats $30 shy of the original price I paid for the brand new computer). I decided to do my research and call computer repair services in the Orlando, Kissimmee, and Davenport areas, which lead me to the best price. Im so happy that I took my business to Jose. He was very helpful in communicating what needed to be fixed. I was pleasantly surprised with the price he charged and how quickly my computer was repaired and ready to use. I ended up paying a fraction of what Best Buy quoted me for($117 vs $670!!!). Please take my advice. If you need any computer services done contact Jose first. Dont get riped off anywhere else. This is one of very few computer businesses who wont take advantage of its customers. Excellent service!

Happily Typing this review from my newly fixed and fast functioning laptop!!! :D My poor computer had some nasty viruses so bad that ive been turned down by 2 other computer repair stores that attempted to charge me $100?!! whhhhaat??? I was so close to giving up on life lol. Thank the lord I came across PCMechanic. Prices are more than reasonable and fair and the service was the best :) I was even given a full explanation of helpful hints and tips that could prevent my computer from ever getting so badly damaged again. I went to a well known store to see if they can remove a virus from my desktop. They wanted $200. and it would probably take "some" time to remove the virus. Thats one third the price of a new computer. I searched the net and found " Jose " of PC Mechanic Computer Repair Service. I read many good reviews about the service, he sits there with you and explains everything. He walks you through each step, and gives you info on how to keep your system clean. Jose was FANTASTIC! We are in Florida on vacation so our laptops are a vital link to home, family and friends. He walked us through some recovery steps so we didnt lose anything - pictures and videos that are priceless to say the least. We actually drove over to his place afterwards just to ensure that everything was safe and Jose installed some free programs to ensure that we were protected from viruses, malware, and spyware from now on. Most importantly, he explained what each of these were! Great service and at a very reasonable cost.

I was here from PA when my computer (I thought) completely died. I had been having trouble with it since October and had it to repair shop in PA. The repair person had no idea what to do or how to fix it. It would occasionally come back to life, but died again in Florida. I found Joses website and read the great reviews. Jose fixed a problem for me which most computer repair guys, especially the box stores, would have told me was scrap. My PC was giving error codes which could have only meant a few things, worst case it had to be the motherboard, which obviously it was. Jose gave me good advice, I found a replacement motherboard on line and Jose installed it for me. His flexible attitude turned the possibility of scrapping a quite expensive, high end PC in to a low cost repair. I would recommend Jose to anyone.

When my new computer arrived in the mail and it wouldnt boot up I was scared to death, couldnt figure out was wrong on my own. So I looked into some PC repair shops and happen to find this one. BEST DECISION I could have made. Way cheaper than any of the other shops (especially Geek Squad) and the service is amazing.
