Highly Recommended by T-Mobile !!! Super Great Place to get your phone screen replaced. I went to T-Mobile Store in the same plaza as Tandoor Indian Cuisine and Tampa Grocery, right before the Topper King Truck Accessories in Brandon and they werent able to help me replace the glass on my iPhone 6. However, they send me to the end of the plaza at the Computer Xpress store, an amazing lady by the name of Karen was able to get my glass replaced in no time. Everything works great, and the most amazing thing is that they didnt raped me on the repair. So, if you are looking for a serious business, that will take care of your phone, I highly recommend ComputerXpress in Brandon...they also have an amazing inventory of clean laptops, and I will go back here with my kids to purchase a Back-to-School laptops. Finally, a computer shop that does what they say they will do and do it well, Ive tried others in the Brandon area only to been highly disappointed by the incompetency and lack of customer service skills as well as not meeting deadlines or making excuses that make no sense not all. I dont leave reviews lightly, I made sure to make this is a good place to recommend by using them several times before leaving a review, after the second time I was sold, not only did they fix some of my business workstations but I also had one of my teens iPhone repaired here. Now if they would only sell DJI drones (I do videography) this would be my one stop shop for everything business related. Thanks guys !!

Unorganized and confused guy works there. He was supposed to call me back with a diagnosis and price, never did, I had to call. They did not fix my problem (my computer was in pieces) when I came to pick it up. They sold me a replacement junk computer for $300 (Im an idiot). I found out they offer no refunds (within a few hours of the sale I tried to return the piece of junk they sold me and found out only then that everything is final sale). I ended up getting $95 for the garbage from Best Buy. Very unsatisfied!

I had very bad experience here, my both iphone 6+ and 5s broken screens got replaced by Express Tech Repairs brandon, both replaced screens had issues from day 1. When I contacted them, they refunded money by taking their parts back. Just tempting at saving few bugs I wasted time and ended up having iphone without screen as they trashed my old screen. They say they use original apple screens but not sure how those original apple parts have issues.

Hands down the place to go to! Friendly, fast, and wonderful work! I bought a new iPhone last week, my 1 year old grabbed it from the table and down it went. I called place after place looking for a good price FINALLY Computer Xpress gave me such a great price and a small wait time. I cant eXpress how wonderful this store is definitely top of the list! Highly recommended! My laptop needed repaired due to a scammer locking my computer out, lucky no serious damage was done and took it in when i did. Everyone was nice and friendly and more than happy to take care my my computer problem! They also repair cell phones too so thats very convenient for me! Will be back soon for screen replacement for my tablet :)

Samsung J7 had a broken screen and I took it to Karen and she was very knowledgeable on the process and cost and when i got my phone back it looked brand new as if it never fell in the first place. Karen also offered me a protection screen for my phone. A+ service! She has great customer service skills. Id say you guys need to keep her.

Super nice staff and most of all excellent service for good price. I will recommend this store above any other. They are very good!!! Didnt think my laptop was even fixable but within a few minutes they could tell me what was wrong and that they could fix it for very reasonable price.

Have really good quality Phone Screen and Glass Replacement. They explained the cost and different kind of phone screens that places use, they dont use cheap parts. Nice inventory of used laptops and desktops too, thanks Computer Xpress!!
