Worst service. They cleaned my hard drive and I had to Buy a new one after three weeks of service $200+. My guess they try to extract data with a machine which send the computer in over drive and it fails. Got it back after spending 260 and my computer had the same issue as before after i got it back. Took it to a computer service down the road. Diagnostic and told me it was a simple memory slot malfunction. Took it back to computer clinic, after waiting a day. I decided to stop by. Then they tried to say it was the mother board $100 + & I have to wait to pick it up even though I denied the service they wanted to provide.I only took it back to see what they would say and they gave me a million other things that was wrong. Why wast that found the first time I wonder. I am now using the same computer they claimed needed their service after just removing the memory card slot that was faulty. The same slot they claimed they checked. I would refer you to a little shop .2 miles down the road. Honest Work at the other place.

Service was slow and communication poor, I never got a call from them on status or w/ the estimate, I had to instigate all communication. When it came to repair they were out of portable harddrives to-do a back-up scan, so I had to go buy one and deliver it to speed the process up. When it came time to pick-up after two weeks they didnt even identify themselves on the phone, just said "your machines ready, come pick it up." No hello, no identifying themelves or anything. To top it off they close at 4 on Saturday, I pulled in at 5 to 4 he is locking the door and says hes closed and to come back on Monday. Great Customer Service...NOT.

I was so very Blessed to find Computer Clinic. Over the phone Ken led me step by step until my printer was back working perfectly again. Ken showed such compassion and genuine concern for my printer problem, that he told me to please call him back after I reloaded my software, as he instructed, so he could be reassured that my printer was back working properly again. He was very knowledgeable and professional with a very genuinely caring and concerned attitude. Ken is such a true asset in so mnany ways to the Computer Clinic and his profession. I was very happy to have found Computer Clinic. The technicians are very knowledgeable in what they do. I got my laptop back within a day, and they installed a fantastic antivirus for someone who likes to download music and books. They even repair phones and their prices are quite conservative for the work they do. This is an amazing place if youre having technical issues. I recommend Computer Clinic to all my fellow readers. :)

For those of you that were not satisfied with our service, please give us another try. Changes have been made in the past few months and as long ago as 2 years that should greatly improve your opinion of our service. We now repair most PCs and laptops within 2 days. THE SERVICE HERE IS TERRIBLE!!! I took my computer in 6 weeks ago...they said theyd have it back to me in 8 or 9 days and I still dont have it...never once did they call me to say that things were taking longer than expected or that they were running behind schedule, I had to be the one to call them every week. DONT GO HERE.

These guys are the best! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a problem recently with my laptop shutting off for no apparent reason. They evaluated the problem, repaired it and returned it to me quickly. Definitely would go there again if I have any more computer issues.

Do not buy ESET Security from Computer Clinic. They install it using their email address and will not give that address to you when it is time to renew. They will renew it for you at a substantial upcharge over ESET offer.

Computer Clinic Is Awesome When my computer wouldnt work, they fixed it right up. The thing is, they just forgot to call. Within the time they say they should have it fixed, call them to see if they have it ready.
