Well i Dropped my laptop off to get the screen fixed and also update the system software and to look at the charging issues i was having. I dropped it off and the guy told me it would be ready on a friday.. I called that friday and no answer. Called the whole following week no answer nor did i receive a call back. Poor customer service. When i actually received my computer back it was 3 weeks after i dropped it off. I am not complaining about the price i had to pay however saying it was ready and not returning any of my calls or voicemails was very unprofessional. You would think you would want to know an update on your things when you are promised something. When i had it picked up the total was 213. You would think with 2 100$ bills They would be somewhat lenient since it took so long. I have tried to call them again regarding my charging issue and still have yet to return a phone call...

My computer was very slow with viruses. I checked other places around town, but Computer Handyman had the best rates and was the fastest. Their technicians are very professional and explained my problems and recommended solutions to me in plain english, not geek speak. I highly recommend them.
