A few months ago my HP laptops operating system kept crashing. Being computer illiterate, I have no idea how to solve problems like this. Kiel was very knowledgeable and is able to explain exactly what is wrong with any computer problem in pretty understandable terms. And he fixed it for far cheap then what I would have had to pay at Best Buy or other local places. AWESOME!
