I am new to the area and went in to see what they had to offer. Had a really nice chat with the manager, Josh, about their coaching programs, fitness goals and healthy lifestyles in general. I purchased a membership that night. Moments later it was clear that I had made an incorrect assumption and should have asked a few more questions prior to my purchase. I mentioned to Josh that I bought the membership under an incorrect assumption and probably wouldnt have made the decision if I had the incorrect information. He explained the reasoning and apologized for not fully informing me, then offered to refund my purchase. He apologized a few more time and even mentioned "wasting my time". I want to specify that I made the mistake of not asking extra questions and making assumptions and Josh did nothing wrong during out chat. I know this is a long story, but Im very appreciative of the customer service I was shown that night. I will play a big part in me making my decision of what club I decide to join.

This Anytime is bigger than most and has huge potential but has been going down hill as of late. They brought in a new manager and he just sits in the office. He should come out for 5 minutes and walk through the gym and see if anything needs his attention. There is always some sort of paper on the floor of the bathrooms and the sad thing is that it often the same paper 3 days later. Joe was the previous manager and when he didnt have a client in his office, he would interact with gym members. I agree with the other poster about the cracking in the pads of the machines. This location is close to home but I went to the one in Lake Geneva a couple of times and that place is CLEAN and nice equipment but unfortunately half the size of Burlington.

Bathroom/shower floor wasnt mopped any time recently, other areas of the facility that look like they are under construction for a while now should be cleaned up a little better, All the machines should have been cleaned/dust and whatever removed, that wasnt cool to look at. They should consider a better air handling system, kinda had a locker room smell. Pluses would be the ab machine they have is great, and a very large ceiling fan that works great. Just my opinion. Update 07 2017 recent addition to the facility for classes and rope training, more spacious now. Air quality/smell was better as well. Showers were better too.

Love the staff. Super helpful. And the location is clean and bright. I always feel even more energized after Ive been there. Thanks for everything, guys.

Great gym overall. Definitely a few pieces of equipment that could be updated. The padding on some of the equipment is worn out and cracked.
