Words can not describe how disappointed I am. I just recently got home to see how well my stylist did. It is not up to par. There is so much that couldve had more work done and attention to. She basically trimmed it down and cut in a few spots. No attention to certain areas or no attention to layering or even getting the flow of the hair style right. Ive had the same haircut for as long as I could remember and ive only dealt with two people who have messed it up, now Im adding a third to that list. This is the hardest thing Ive had to do is put my trust into somebody that has no passion for what they do. And it shows in the work. I dont know if Ill ever come back, but all of your hairstylist need to get on the same page.

The first couple times I used Barber Shop for men it was an excellent experience, but they fell off hard the last four or five times I went. I like to do walk-ins opposed to making then keeping an appointment. I will always call first and I am always told they have a five to ten minute wait. When I get there (within 4 minutes of my house) it is 45 min to an hour. The hair cut quality has dropped dramatically too. The two times I made an appointment with a specific stylist when I got there they told me she was unavailable. If everyone had my experience they would not be in business.

Do. Not. For the love of locks. If Devon is not available to cut your hair. Do. Not. Go to this barber shop. There is only one lady who actually knows what shes doing. Her name is Devon. Im telling you I gave this shop 5 chances. I have had haircuts all over America. From Portland OR to Washington D.C. So trust me, I have experience. I KNOW what a good haircut is like. Save your scalp. If Devon aint there you aint there. You will either come out looking like Dennis Quade and a troll doll had an illegitimate child or a llama. Save yourself. Wait for Devon.

Today I walked in at 3:45 the lady behind the counter told me I wouldnt get in until 4:30. So I told her that was fine and she took my name so she says. So I waited, 4:30 came 4:35, 4:40, 4:45 finally at 4:50 I walked up to the counter asked another lady how much longer would it be. The woman that told me 4:30 never wrote my name down but she says someone erased it then I was asked if I wanted to wait until 5:30 or reschedule. wtf, not sure what kind of business you are running here but you lost a decent tipping patron.

Rarely can walk in anymore to get a haircut. Make sure you make an appointment. One stylist wont cut hair a certain way so Im not able to have her cut my hair. She also complains about the world and is very opinionated. Lastly, you can tell she hates the massage part and barely touches you. Other than that, its a great place to go to get your haircut, relax, watch some TV, and eat some peanuts. Their prices seem to be going up every 1-2 years but still cheaper than most places.

After numerous issues with bad cuts, we were one minute late for an appointment, and they gave our appointment away to a walk in and pretty much dismissed us. One minute. No apologies, no quick call to see if we were almost there, they watched the clock and gave it away. The customer service experience here is absolutely pathetic. We will never return. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

This was my first time in the barbershop, it was recommended by a good friend. I thought the place was awesome from the free peanuts while you were waiting, to the staff and the Decour of the business. Tina was my stylist and she did a awesome job. I love the haircut and receive compliments from my friends. I especially like the warm towel on your face. I definitely will be a repeat customer

By far the best mens Salon Ive ever been too. Have had a few good stylists/barbers in the past, however, Devan shines above the rest. Funny, intelligent, and amazing at fades! I wont go to anyone else knowing that I have someone who will get my hair to where it needs to be. I highly recommend the fond du lac barbershop and highly recommend Devan for cuts! Keep up the good work!

I have been taking my two boys (now ages 3 and 9) to Quinlyn for at least a year. She does an amazing job, the kids are comfortable with her and the entire staff is very friendly. I would recommend Quinlyn in a heartbeat and will continue to drive all the way across town, so my boys can get what I consider a perfect haircut for them. :)

Nice, clean salon with a friendly and attentive staff. Amanda Pospychala was a pleasure to have as my stylist, very knowledgeable, and she understood exactly what I wanted with my haircut! Extremely meticulous, and by far The Barbershops biggest asset. Youre way underpaying for what you get here. Just know that not all stylists are created equal

I had a very great visit! This location has to be the best in the area and always had good barbers. Devan was a lot of fun and did a great job cutting my hair and trimming my beard!! Im very meticulous about my cut because of my military service, but she nailed it on the first shot!

Since I moved to Fond du Lac, The Barbershop has been my go to place for haircuts! Everyone is super friendly and the staff is very professional. I like going someplace where i can get a reliable, great haircut and also have the option for walk-in or appointments.

My husband tried the Barbershop out after being referred by his brother. It has friendly, knowledgeable stylists and a very manly feel to it with masculine colors, over-sized chairs, and peanuts in the shell to snack on in the waiting area. Nice place!

The Barbershop is a great place to get a haircut. The gals are all very friendly and the peanuts are always full. Sebana is the stylist we usually see. She does a great job, and takes her time to make sure everything is good before she is done.
