Just by reading the comments made by the owner and how they had to edit and revise them, you can see the lack of professionalism and responsibility they run this place with. The tone and Winky faces at the end of the comments and constantly saying the customer is wrong give off an immature vibe. Take a look at reviews on the other barbershops.. It seems to be a trend of becoming the next cost cutters. Long waits and bad reviews. Last week I saw a barber leaving in tears so obviously something was unexpected there. And the owner must have been in their own world cause every worker seemed down and not their usual self: Not every stylist has the same skill level or personality so when you find one that does your hair just how you like it you request them. My foundry co workers went there cause we knew what we would get, but two of my buddies now hear they let go of 3 excellent stylist. There doesnt seem to be any leadership here anymore.

There isnt any consistancy here, always new people working and wait times are chaotic when you find a barber that does your hair just how you like it you stay with them. This place gets rid of their best barbers. Terrible job that upper management makes such sudden and very poor decisions that only make this place worse and negatively impact the customers. There were some great barbers here but they got rid of them all. You can say the current ones are talented but what you fail to realize is we like consistancy, and not having to constantly figure out who is able to cut my hair just how I like it again and again every 3 months. They seem to be more worried about expanding quickly rather than focusing on providing a quality product and service. This is turning into the next cost cutters... Time to find a place that I can go for years to come

As you can see from the recent reviews on all the other local barbershop locations, things have really been going down hill in the past year and need look into issues and its not just this place, look at reviews at any of the stores. Ive looked back and tried to request some of the haircutter with the most 5 star reviews (all around 6months ago) and 3 of the top 4 are not with the company?? Definitely issues going on. Scheduled an appointment with my son and showed up 10 min early, gave them my name and of course the barber seemed flustered and in a hurry and must have written down the wrong name cause i ended up waiting close to an hour before I had to interrupt and their haircut cause only the barbers take the names now, and ask why I havent been called, they made up an excuse and that was enough for my son and I to never come back.

If youre looking for the best bald fade in the Fox Valley, look no further than Michele at the Barbershop in Neenah. Ive never used to care who cut my hair and would just take who I got when I showed up, but since having Michele, I work around her schedule. She wields a pair of scissors with unrelenting precision and unprecedented accuracy. She employs a clipper like it is an extension of her arm, an extension of her soul. Her hair cuts not only give me the confidence I need to climb the corporate ladder in my career, but theyve also helped me shave time off of my 40 and set PRs on the bench. Im disappointed to see some of the reviews, particularly those about the owners as Im not sure you could find better people to run this company. They are the type of people that truly care about their employees and customers- not your typical absent salon owners. The shop is extremely busy as they have many amazing stylists that are in high demand. The receptionists at this location are SO professional and friendly!!!! Cant beat the price point or the atmosphere

Ive been going to the Barbershop in Neenah for a short while now. I have finally found the stylist I have been searching for in Shannon. She has been extremely welcoming and has done wonders to improve my style. Her personality and attitude is authentic and genuine. The Barbershop itself is clean and has an overall great atmosphere. I have been highly recommending this place to all my friends and family and they will continue to have my business.

The follow up visits were great, trying something slightly new each time. Her attention to detail and friendly personality will keep you coming back. This place is the epitome of professionalism--and from the few employees I know who work for The Barbershop, the owners truly care for their employees. They are one of the few salons that I know of that offer a comprehensive benefit package/paid time off/set schedules, the list of this place taking care of their employees goes on and on.

I cut my hair for 8 while I was in the Army. When I got out I didnt want to do it anymore. I came to the Barbershop and Shannon brought me like a lost puppy. She knew what to do with my hair with little guidance. Shes been doing it now a couple of years, and I wont go anywhere else. If she isnt working I dont come in. Shannon, really is the best and a fantastic person on top of it. Shes the hidden gem in Neenah!

I would take my sons here in the past because they do have very sweet workers but now seeing how an owner tried to call out employees/former employees or customers on any bad review is sickening and really shows the lack of control this place has, many issues here. Then they praise an good reviews but any bad review they make excuses for. Not coming back and spreading word to other mothers.

I live in Milwaukee and have struggled to find a place that I truly enjoy getting my hair cut at and since my family lives in the fox valley area everytime I go to visit I will make it a priority to schedule an appointment with Michele she is one of the most beautiful and skilled stylist that I know and have been to, keep up the good work and I look forward to the next time we meet.
