I am glad I signed up for the summer membership only as this club is designed for the elderly and casual lifter. The hours are excellent but serve no purpose due to the lack of equipment, space, service, cleanliness and variety are horrible. I lost my iPod there and contacted the staff and left my contact info and no one called me back as I informed the employee that I would not be able to stop by the following day and if it was found or not found to contact me... of course no phone call as the place is extremely disorganized. Good place to go if you want to play racquetball but I have seen much better courts and organization of courts. Also if you live nearby, there are several fitness equipment stores where you can purchase your own home gym. Bad place if you expect professionalism and variety.

For about $40 a month I can go to zumba 7 days a week. That is dirt cheap considering everything else this place has to offer. No, it isnt the fanciest joint in town but it isnt crowded, there is a wide variety of equipment, and most of the members are normal looking people not barbie and ken. I enjoy Mike as a zumba instructor best. Heidi is fun as well. Maura is a bit extreme for my fitness level but I try. I would reccomend this club to anyone who wants an affordable place with many options and especially if you are looking for affordable zumba in the area.

It cozy and all here but the only thing I think is a rip off is that your paying 30 a month and every time you want a guest to come its 10$. Makes no sense. You cant expect to get customers reeling in with that kind of stuff. The pool or jacuzzi isnt open yet because its expensive the lady said and they need more customers to support the pool but not with that rip off of a deal. They need to change their system. I was looking for a gym membership here but now Ill go elsewhere considering al of this.

New ownership has done an excellent job with the renovations. New top-of-the-line Matrix equipment along with a very inviting staff. The weight room is light years ahead of what it was and the club itself is night and day when it comes to its cleanliness. They have a 7 day free pass you have to come check it out. Amazing membership prices for what you get!

Great fully remodeled gym. It has a personable feel and is cozy inside. No loud weights banging or techno music blaring . If you want a club that treats you like family and has more than enough equipment to get you in the best shape of your life, join this place.

Alot of new equipment, Ive never seen it crowded there. Staff is real friendly, you dont feel like just a number like at the large chain gyms.
