Awful experience. I talked to a manager and an instructor about enrolling my 2 kids in private swimming classes. The same price was given to me by both people and was able to I create a schedule that worked for me and the instructor. When I brought my kids in for their swim lessons, I was told that I was quoted the wrong price and that they would not honor the incorrect price that was quoted. I explained to the Aquatics Director that the quoted price was the reason I rearranged my schedule and brought my children to this facility. According to them... it was my fault that I was quoted the wrong price and I should live with it. I told them that I understand that mistakes are made and requested that they at least honor the price that was quoted to me for the remainder of the week that I scheduled and "the lady in charge" would not budge on the issue. This was a mistake on their part and they wouldnt make any concessions. I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!!

Overall its a decent place. Clean, large pool, multiple basketball courts etc so why 1 star? Its a VERY UNSAFE place. Locks have been smashed and lockers have been broken into. Cars have been broken into as well. Security is non existent in this place. Many of the people that go here are teenagers and they are left to do whatever they want unsupervised. There is no safe area for you to leave your stuff in. Yes theres the locker rooms but as i said, those lockers have been broken into and yes Im speaking from experience. Not too long ago someone smashed my lock. It wasnt one hit either, the lock had huge dings all over it so someone had been hitting it with a hammer for A WHILE... At the very minimum, they should have lockers that are located in a public section in front of the staff and recorded by a camera.

The building is fine and most of the staff is very nice and helpful. But I was there getting a temporary pass because I forgot mine and so I asked and this old lady who was the staff said where is it and I said at my house and then she was acting all smart and said the basketball courts dont open until 4 so u have 2 hours and you cant hang out here and I was like why its a lobby with chairs I can just sit and she was like no and she tried roasting me and said maybe u can get your ID in those 2 hours so the building is good and most of the staff is nice unless you see a old lady with glasses at the front desk because shes just retarded to be honest not joking. Just because Im a kid doesnt mean i dont know good staff and bad staff.

The facilities are good enough. Weight room is small, though, and Ive never tried the classes. If youre doing anything but checking in, the front desk is absolutely terrible. Today, two overworked guys called someone to help out and she came down to chat and laugh with her friend behind the desk while people were waiting in line and phones were ringing off the hook. And then more of her friends showed up and she chatted them up, too. Meanwhile, the two guys were swamped and rushing everyone through. Last month, I even heard one of the workers that manned the desk upstairs say a racist remark to an African American man. Understandably, he was exceedingly upset.

Zero management.. Was excited at the start after seeing facility and pricing. Told two adults I am here to swim and sign up and could not even get a pass printed. Got worse after going into pool area managed by teenagers. Was chased out of small pool and got clueless kids telling me kids practice will be over in a min. Fifteen minutes later another group starts and no one had idea about schedule. Got dressed and found out 2 lanes should be open for adults.....

There is no star lower than 1. Bad experience with the receptionist. Was not helpful and not clear at anything. They dont follow policies clearly and doesnt make any sense when they talk. Their policies keep on changing every day. The policies are made up everyday by the people sitting at the reception. Facilities are fine. The staff is terrible.

Do not rent wallyball rooms here! They dont know what price they are supposed to give. We always have to pay a different price. We once had to pay 5 dollars per person, once 5 dollars for the whole room, once 7 dollars, once 12, and once they said 22! Find yourself another place to play!

I really like this place. My grandson is with me for the summer and he hangs out there to play ball and swim. He has made new friends and I can not get him to go back and visit his old friends. My experience has been nothing but great at the rec plex.

Went there on a Saturday and one court was open and kept kicking people out to play half four and when us people start shooting around they kick us out Better when you go on a Sunday morning when all the basketball courts are open

The lady named Margot repeatedly disrespects children and always assumes wrong is happening, she repeatedly has kicked me out because she thinks I sneak in when in reality I get there before she starts working. Garbage.

Same with racqeball. First day I was told that court fee is $4 per person+$4 per hour (so my daughter and me $12 ,even though we bought premium membership), but next day different person charged me only $4 per hour

Great recently renovated fitness center. Friendly staff. 3 large courts with ample open gym hours. Plenty of cardiovascular equipment... The weight room is small but efficient. Large indoor pool. Amazing rates!

Staff is moderately nice most of them are nice people. Fitness room is very nice. Overall a very good place to get exercise from.
