Brought my wifes vehicle in for a exhaust leak estimate, made a appointment for 1:00 dropped off at noon. Never received a call, called them at 4:30 wondering if it was ready, was told to give him ten minutes to write up a quote, no problem, Im 20 minutes away. Arrive and informed they cant pull it out of the shop yet Windows are still fogged. Ok? Vehicle is pulled around with snow on it (Im guessing the garage is heated and the little bit of snow would have melted, but hey, I could be wrong) he continues to tell me how busy he is and hell call me with the estimate tomorrow. It is now 4 days later and no estimate or call. Very disappointed, was looking for a good shop and all reviews were good for them, hopefully it was just 1 bad experience and they continue to receive business, but they wont be getting my business now.

RMF was able to fix problems with my SUV that other garages were not able to fix. RMF staff did this on a very timely schedule, and for a reasonable price. The staff listened carefully to our concerns and addressed every problem with our vehicle. They even followed up with us to make sure all problems were completely resolved. My SUV has been running like it has not run for months! We are very happy with our service, and RMF is now our place to go for repairs. Thank you!!

I started using RMF for my auto servicing needs several years ago when I became fed up with the outrageous charges and poor customer service at a dealer service department. I have found RMF to be honest, thorough, and pleasant to work with. Their charges are reasonable, and they are always happy to taxi me to and from my home when they need to keep my car. To top it off, they always have fresh popcorn and cold beverages in their waiting room!

Weve been using RMF Auto for many years now and its no surprise as to why we keep coming back. The service is excellent! We always feel we can trust them. And that is so important these days. For this last service we had some unusual noises coming from the rear end of the vehicle. RMF diagnosed a brake issue and we were back up and running in no time. My wife went in for a front alignment after I did some work on her car. They refused to do the front alignment citing shot tie rod ends and handed her a quote saying that they could do it right away. She left and went home. I had two other mechanics look at the car before they aligned it at another shop. They said the tie rods looked like new.

We take all our vehicles here and have never had a problem. Oil changes are quick and easy and always affordable with a great coupon. The service techs are great about warning of upcoming expenses such as battery or tire replacement without being pushing. True professionals with a friendly down home touch.

The service here is excellent, both when you have your car in, and afterward with follow-ups. RMF is really putting a lot of effort into keeping their customers, which is great to see. Ive been bringing my cars there for 3 years now, and Ive always had good experiences.

Always very curtious and explain things prior to istalling or fixing. Have come here for a couple years, and when you find a good shop you stick with it. While you wait the refreshments are great and has a kid friendly waiting room.
