Very, very poor service. Our car broke down 700 miles from home with our 2 year old daughter with us. The guy on the phone initially told us it would take about day to fix, so didnt seem too bad. After two days I called to check the status, and the same guy was very rude and dismissive. Couldnt care less about us. Was annoyed that I even bothered him by calling. Four days later, still 700 miles from home, we call again. Car finally fixed, but no one bothered to call and let us know. The car died the next day and wouldnt start for a long time. When I went to fill it with gas, about half a gallon poured out from under the van all over the gas station. After convincing the gas station attendant to not call the fire department on us, I crawled under the van and noticed they had the fuel lines hooked up wrong. The vent tube was completely disconnected, pouring gas all over the place. Go somewhere else.

I was on my way back from Chicago for a weekend trip, and was a few hundred miles from home. My tire blew on the interstate, and I was told that I should call this place and that they would help me. I called and a guy answered the phone, and I explained the situation and asked if he would be able to help me if I could get my car to his shop. He said "No, we are closed. Im just answering the phone." and was not of help at all when I asked if anything was possible to help me get on my way. Now I realize that I cant expect a business to help me when it is closed, but he was just completely dismissive of my clearly panicked state. There was no "Im sorry, but were closed. I would be happy to get it fixed tomorrow though.", which would have worked. Just completely dismissive, and not helpful at all. If youre in a bind, good luck getting help out of these people.

What can I say....Ron was a lifesaver for me the other day. My serpentine belt went flying on the interstate after my belt tensioner busted on my VW Passat and Ron was there to save the day. It was Saturday and no one else was willing to take my call. Ron drove to Des Moines that day grabbed the needed parts to fix my car and I was back on the interstate to finish my weekend trip. Ron is a very genuine guy and I was very impressed with this service. His rates were also very fair. One of the kindest mechanics I have ever met. I highly recommend Morrison Enterprises to anyone in need of genuine service.

I was towing a loaded trailer with my SUV and shredded a trailer tire on I-80 near Grinnell. I was worried I was stranded and was concerned due to the heat index of 107. I found Morrison Repair on my smart phone and Ron answered and was very helpful. He was there right away and got me back on the road quickly and with professionalism! Thank you Ron.

I blew a tire on a loaded trailer on Saturday late afternoon when it was 95 degrees. I called and they came to my aid even though they were closed. The tire was an odd size, but he had two on his truck. We decided to change both tires on the trailer and I was back on the road. He was very helpful and professional.

Stranded on a Sunday, just starting out on vacation. Ron Came in to the shop, recommended the work to be done, drove to Des Moines to get the parts, was back the next morning fixing my rig. Ron even recommended a hotel, and charged a very reasonable price. I cant thank him enough!

Traveling 80 on our way to Wyoming from Ohio our wheel bearing went out. Called first thing in the morning came and towed us to the shop, got the parts there, everything replaced, and had us out of there and back on the road by 11. Effecient work and were very appreciative!

Ron was absolutely wonderful! We got a flat tire and one lug nut was frozen in place so we couldnt put the spare on. I used my gps to find the nearest tow truck and am very grateful that Morrisons was the first one. You saved my Memorial Day! Thank you so much! -Darit Brown

Stranded today with a blow tire on the motorhome with an odd size. They had 1 in stock to get us back on the road. But after review of the other 3 they actually ran 50 miles one way and picked up the remaining tires needed. Truely lifesavers with great customer service

Bought 4 new tires and couldnt ask for better service! Very friendly and knowledge. Went back and had oil changed and again excellent service!! I have found my new repair shop!! Even had rebate on tires and received it in the mail!!!
