Friendly, Helpful & Very Expensive and Trustworthy??? Had an estimate for front end work when I came in for an oil change. I didnt do it. Next time I came in for an oil change, they gave me another estimate for different repairs but told me that the mechanic said the front end was fine this time when I questioned them on why they didnt find anything wrong with it this time Recently I came in for an oil change and I did have a bad water pump. I received an estimate for $731+ to fix along with new serpentine belt. I ended up buying the exact same parts across the street at NAPA with the same exact part numbers for less than half of what the quoted me. Made the repair myself for $120 Excessive parts markup and double dipping me on labor to replace the serpentine belt when it was already included in the water pump replacement makes me very weary of having them do any work beyond an oil change unless you are in a pinch & price is no concern. Turns out the Ford franchise would have made the repair cheaper. Truly a BUYER BEWARE business

This place is a joke! My car ran fine when I brought it in. I just wanted them to look at the AC. They removed the sparkplugs, damaged the boots, came back with a $1000 estimate to change the valve cover gasket, sparkplugs and boots! They messed up my car and couldnt tell me more than what I figured out on my own.

Ive been coming here since Ive owned my car (4 years). They have always had fantastic customer service and have always taken great care of my car and I. I moved 45 minutes away but continue to make the drive because of the great experiences Ive had. I highly recommend Paramount Auto in Hastings!

Just had poor service at this location. Tried calling for estimates on various things and get told that my car would need all these parts that are non existent. Went to Auto Doctor in Hastings. Much better place, got everything fixed and there was no "additional parts" required.

Went in for an alignment and one tie rod end bolt holding tie rod end too tire was not tourqed cotter key stopped it from falling off the tire. very disappointed guy told me thier was nothing they could do will never be back.
