For my sons birthday, I bought a Tires Plus gift card at the Stillwater, MN store for snow tires. I put $500 on my Visa Account. I specifically asked if this gift card could be used at other Tires Plus stores; I was assured it would be honored. Later that week, my son had new tires put on at the Hastings, MN Tires Plus store. He was told that this gift card was not accepted because it was a "franchise" Tires Plus store. My son then had to put the entire purchase of 4 new tires on his credit card. I then went back to the Stillwater Tires Plus store to share this experience. Service Manager Ryan Becker made many calls on my behalf. Fortunately, he was able to have my credit card credited. Honestly, I appreciated Mr Beckers expertise and professionalism. I was very upset and he assured me that he was "on my side". He was amazing. Thank you Ryan Becker!!

This place is unprofessional, unethical and really doesnt seem to care about the quality of work they do. A recent inspection done showed everything about car was acceptable with nothing immediately needing to be done. The car was being sold & an employee told the car owner not to even mention the work that would eventually be needed. Car was sold (to me) & major suspension problems were discovered w/in days. Tires Plus feels no responsibility in the consumer using this information as being true and accurate as they are the professionals who know what they are doing. Shouldnt we be able to rely on it being accurate and complete? bottomline -- DO NOT TRUST THAT THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL OR KNOWLEDGEABLE SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE MONEY TO START A BUSINESS.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. I couldnt say it enough!! They go above and beyond what they need to or should have to. Every time I have been in there Ive had nothing but the most exceptional customer service I have been to in a very long time. They have helped out in situations that they should never have to. Always making you feel comfortable and going above and beyond to make you feel special. Example: a loaner tire? Who would think a store would put a loaner tire on your vehicle until the tire YOU needed to order would come in. And in the comment section on your invoice it says "helping a customer out". Best part the loaner tire was FREE!! Great job guys!! Keep up the great work...it does NOT go unnoticed!

This place has actually been very fair to me. I purchased a tire for a tire that had a puncture on the outside edge and they were fast and efficient. I returned with another vehicle to check the pressure and the guy checked all my tires and told me about a rock that could damage my tire that I dug out from between the rim and tire. He did not want to charge me for the service and was very professional. Then returned a 3rd time to have them check my brakes as I jsut replaced the pads and I was getting a loud scaping noise and they took good care of me.

This Tires Plus store is fantastic. The entire team is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. And best of all, they do not try and sell you something you dont need. Stillwater Collision and Tires Plus are the best auto care professionals in town by a long shot. They never try to rip you off and are the most honest set of mechanics I have ever done business with.

These guys went above and beyond expectations. I could not believe how they helped my daughter. Even though a guy was done with shift, he hopped into his car and went to her car to unload the spare tire which is a location that I had never seen and could not find myself. No extra charge! Great friendliness and helpfulness!

This operation preys on anyone they can. Three of the four tires they installed on my car blew out - as in ka-blam. They wanted to replace my new tie rod ends and the undamaged drive shaft support bearing. Brakes "90% gone", just like they told the person ahead of me at the counter.

The meatheads at this store wanted to charge me nearly $1000 to replace my entire brake system. Ended up being $50 worth of parts that I could fix myself easily. A complete scam. If you like your money and your car, never visit these people. EVER.
