I would think twice before going to this place. Brought my car in for brake bleeding/flush and a "ticking" (under RH valve cover) noise. First off, brought car in for an appointment for Wednesday then they didnt get to it until Friday! While bleeding my brakes (which still are not right), they broke off the driver-side rear bleeder valve (which they did not repair), then told me they would have to charge me another $150 to fix it! They then "attempted" to fix the ticking noise only to bend a pushrod and sent me on my way without notice. I wondered why the car ran worse on the way home only to discover the problem once I was at home. After trying to call Tim (owner of TMS), several times over several days leaving messages with his employees, I NEVER did get a return phone call back. THIS PLACE IS A RIP-OFF AND A SCAM!! Buyer beware....

STAY AWAY! Brought my Buick in when the "anti-lock brake" light kept coming on. After 3 hours of "computer tests" and shop time they came back and told me that the vehicle wasnt worth the amount of money it would cost to fix it. They gave me a quote for everything but a paint job that added up to around $6500. A 2nd opinion from Affordable Automotive in North St. Paul, MN found a wire "unplugged". They plugged it back in and suggested that we should get new tires and fix the axles. Less than $900 when everything was said and done. Too bad I have to drive into the cities to get good automotive people to trust!

I have been using TMS Auto for over 16 years to diagnose and repair any of my vehicle problems. Regular maintenance like tires and oil changes are the most common reasons I visit there regularly. I usually ask for Tim and deal with him personally. I just ordered Michelin tires there today for my girlfriends car. My favorite part about TMS is all of their exhaust work is custom fabricated instead of just bolt on and they have extensive experience with custom hotrods. I feel very confident recommending them to friends.

My car wouldnt stayed charged and was leaking some fluid. Needed to stop on my way into work since I couldnt turn my car off. They looked at my car right away told me what was wrong with it and what was leaking. Turned out it was the battery that needed to be replaced and to watch the leak. I was very happy that they got me in and out very quickly without an appt fixed my car and I was able to get to work on time. The price was very fair. I will definitely bring my car back!

Mechanics are competent (√) and honest (??). Been going there for service for several years. Last week I brought my car in for oil change & a wheel bearing. Both were done fast and reasonably. When picked up, I noticed all the quarters missing from the change tray and rifling throughout the car - left all the nickels & dimes. When asked, they knew nothing about it. Now we have questions about TMS. Probably wont go back.

Pros: Shop guys were friendly and able to squeeze me in right away without an appointment which I appreciate. Cons: I asked them to take a look at my loose heat shield. One hour later they came back and said they removed it. Without asking me first or showing me the problem. $100 to rip it out. Another shop would have done it for $25 but probably could have kept it in there.

He quoted me 50$ to check something. I had an appointment between noon and 1pm ( there day was open apparently), Went in about 12:00, he said we have to push you back an hour! AND the quote is not 50$ it will be more like 100$. How terrible to treat any customer like that... Let alone a mom with her kids along.

Too expensive... Charged $450.00 for a 93 F250 muffler and tail pipe. Less than $100 in parts, they made $350.00 for less than an hour of work. I dont know where else in Hudson is a good place to go for exhaust work, but Id shy away from these guys if at all possible...

I can trust TMS... they always treat me well and never feel like Im being taken advantage of for their services. Tim, the owner has always gone out of his way to make sure everything is done completely and accurately. Staff is very knowledgable and helpful
