The Barbershop is a great place to go get a haircut, lots of extras that other places charge for are included in a regular haircut, its clean and has great personality... More than that however is Melyssa, who has been cutting my hair for more than 4 years. She does a great job every time and I look forward to catching up every time Im in her chair. She cares, she remembers me and my family, and she makes sure Im comfortable and happy with the results. Thank you Melyssa.

They ask for a phone number when you make an appt unfortunately they dont use it when your 5 mins late to tell you they bumped you and youll have to wait a half hour after you already sat in traffic driving all the way there. If you dont have a 5 minute buffer then dont schedule your appointments so tight. Heaven for bid I got my haircut and then maybe asked for an additional service like a beard trim would they have said no because they dont have the time?

Ive been here 4 different times and I cant get a consistent hair cut. They say they log your previous cut style for use the next time but never have it available for the next time I arrive. I will say my first experience was the best, but my satisfaction has declined ever since then. 3 of the 4 times the women seem rushed and inconvenienced if you ask for something changed. Great atmosphere and very nice greeter, just not very satisfied with the service.

I live on the north side of Racine and bring myself and my son to get our hair cuts from Melyssa. She has been cutting my hair for years and never disappoints. My son loves the whole experience, from eating peanuts when we get there, getting his haircut, having his hair washed, back massaged, and then getting a sucker on his way out. The salon itself has a comfortable feeling when you walk in and everyone is so welcoming.

Melissa does a great job. Polite, professional and skilled at cutting hair! I love the fact that I have someone who really cares about doing a great job and know my hairs needs. I love the wash, the hot towel and shoulder massage. And oh yes.............it is a great value for the money! It is great to know that every month it is the same consistent great service that I know I will get.

Melyssa and Kait are the only two that cut my hair when I visit The Barbershop. I have followed Melyssa for many years, where ever she has worked. They both do an amazing job and pay attention to all the minor details, making sure that you walk out looking your absolute best. So if you need a haircut, I highly recommend either one of these two ladies, you wont be disappointed.

Kerri was fantastic, Im working on a first attempt at copying ZZ top (about 8 inches straight beard so far) and had a wedding this weekend to get cleaned up for, she was great at blending a buzz cut into a great beard, cleaning everything up and making it look good. even the wife was happy when i got home, definitely get your cut on here gentlemen, you wont be disappointed!

Easy to get in, always have your own tv to watch while your hair is cut. Top notch sylists listen to what you want and ask questions to make sure they have it right BEFORE cutting anything. Wash, cut, massage, all included in a low price. ($11) And free peanuts an coffee while you wait (if you ever have to as they dont overbook) Earn your repeat buisness every time.

Kenzie was my stylist today. Today was my first visit to this salon, it was very clean, organized, and reception came to interact with me within the first 2 minutes of arrival. My hair cut costed me 13.50$, this included shampooing, and massage. Additional services are also offered, but I will be saving that for my next visit. 5/5 across the board.

Barbershop for men is not JUST for men! I frequent here to have Melyssa cut my hair. She has been cutting my hair for over 10 years and where she goes, I go. Im very glad it was this place because its clean, well lit, all the staff are friendly, reasonably priced, and of course the peanuts lol. Me and my husband love coming here and you will too!

This is the only place I will go for haircuts and beard trims now. It is cheaper than many other places in the area and the quality of your haircuts is higher. The little things like peanuts in the waiting area and a complementary neck trim, shampoo, and back massage really make this place stand above all the rest in the area.

I love going her to get my hair cut! The hair stylers are very respectful, and knowledgeable. The longest Ive ever had to wait was 5 to 10mins tops. You get to watch your own TV, get a premium, hair cut, and a nice hot face rag while you get your hair washed! Its good service with a nice price, so be sure to tip real good!!

Cannot be recommended highly enough. I used to go to Sport Clips for a haircut. Paid $20+ for a cut/shampoo/hot towel/massage and had to deal with the whole place looking and smelling like a locker room. Here, you get the same thing for half the price in a much more professional and classy environment.
