I recently moved to the North Chicago area and tried a couple of barbershops around the area. A friend recommended this place to me and I can easily say I found my barber for the next four years while I am attending school here. Marcelino did an excellent job and cut my hair exactly to my likings. He was super easy to talk to and I enjoyed getting my haircut from him. After getting my haircut, he did a perfect job lining my beard, and all for a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend this place if youre looking for a good barber.

Moved to the area 5 months ago. Went a few barbers around the area, but Hector at 644 blew everyone else out of the water. This was one of the best cuts I got in my life. Hector did an amazing job and he explained everything of what he was going to do to my hair in detail to me. He offered great suggestions and made me feel very welcomed at this shop for my first time ever going. Hector is a real artist in his line of work. He is a pro.

Ive Always passed by this barbershop and never realize how incredible it is in all areas such as the atmosphere, good quality cuts, and a great confortable environment. I would like to thank the guys at Barber 644 for getting my son in for a hair cut at the last minute. Stopped at 4 other barbers and all turned me away, just because we didnt have an appt. The owner is exactly what you need your barber to be if you want someone who cares about the cut. Overall place is down to earth, clean, and very welcoming. Hector is a great guy and an awesome barber! He truly cares about the quality of his work and WAY undercharges for how much time and effort he puts in. Id pay double what he charges for the work he does, so I always try to tip big. Try to make an appointment a day or two in advance, its totally worth it.

Small shop great with my crying 2yos first hair cut. Now when we take him back hes so much calmer and even when he isnt perfectly still his hair is always clean and looking great. And my fiance has been getting cut/styled there for years from his beard to his brows as well.
