GOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooood afternoon to all that focus there beautiful peep holes on this review. I visited this establishment 24hrs. ago after doing some research on this crazy box of info. I took in consideration that I need some much needed pampering. The only barber that has ever, and I mean ever touched my teen wolf, meaning beard, is my own hands. Marvs (god bless his soul) Barber shop in Crown Point, IN and the fine gentleman @ Camp Lejeune, NC are the only trimmers that have touched the melon, besides my own over the many years. So with that thrown out there, I took a chance with this Dapper. Nice place, not to fancy, comfy, and down hippie lane (my fav, Brady St., MKE). Coffee right when you walk-in (but not once offered), nice chairs for waiting (should be facing the street i think, since the shop is on Brady), and a rock em sock em robot on the coffee table. Tommy Boy greeted me as soon I walked in (no one else) and sat down for the spa like treatment, considering my go to places mentioned above for manicuring the satellite above my shoulders for years. Did a bang up job, your shear skills need a little tweaking but people skills are fantastic. The treatment that my 2.5yr old son and I received from the only other two employees (the girls) was absolutely cold shouldered. Colder than the Wisconsin air on a mid February day. I mentioned the rock em sock em robot right?!...my son was along for the ride and to experience a shop for his very first time. He obviously doesnt know the place, the people, and the robots. Mentioned on multiple times that I would battle to the death if I wasnt strapped in the chair and having the chin curtain tamed. Ya think the gals would of got the hint???? I guess if I snap chatted or sent a FB message to there red ruby wearing slippers, the house might have landed on them. Im pondering if I was in there chair and the smelled the green backs. The verbal lap dance would have me cumin back for more. Asked my 2.5yr old son if he wanted to go back........and an immediate response was, "NO"!! I concur my son, I concur. Well, Im not gay, nor experimenting this time nor anytime. BUT Tommy Boy you rubbed me the right way when this stressed out, over worked, under appreciated gentlemans head in the sink and the warm towel on my mug. You would be the ONLY reason I would considering coming back for, just to help with bull whipping the matador and a nice friendly chat about the people n places weve had pleasure to experience and SUSHI. BTW!!!! Happy 15th Anniversary brother! The peeps @ Wasabi in Brookfield better have a special place for you and your caring, loving wife. Not to mentioned she just returned from my homeland Indiana just yesterday after spending time with heart attack victim. You both deserve each other. Puff that chest, put on smile, and let the whole world know who you both love. Congrats Tommy! I only give this experience a single star, since there was only one star in this particular small universe called DAPPER CLASSIC BARBERSHOP. Thanks again Tommy for all your help. Ill bring in some more brooms for the wicked witches. But i could be wrong about one of them....dominatrix???? Hope this helps not hate.

This is exactly what I have been looking for in a barbershop. It has some old school touches with a modern feel. Overstuffed leather chairs with plenty to read in the waiting area. Autumn and Pare’ are super friendly. You get a great cut, a shampoo, hot towel for your face…. I have been getting my hair cut by Autumn since the beginning of the year. One of my favorite things about Dapper is that I never feel like I’m being rushed in and out, Autumn takes her time and gives a really high quality and precise cut and styles my hair better than I can. She also gives great recommendations on styling products. It is a relaxing and enjoyable experience from start to finish. I usually follow up the haircut with a walk down Brady Street and grab some lunch and/or a beer.

Dapper is hands down the best mens grooming business in Milwaukee. Having moved to Milwaukee 4 years ago I had been searching high and low for a decent barber. I tried everything from franchise shops to local salons but I just didnt seem to find the right fit. Then one day I was walking into my office on Brady Street and noticed Dapper. I walked in, met Autumn, and knew I found the right place. She does a phenomenal job and has put together a great atmosphere that fits right in with Brady Street. The fact that Dapper focuses on mens grooming means that you can expect a great hair style tailored to you instead of something off a poster menu. Id definitely recommend Dapper Classic Barbershop to my friends.

From the moment you walk in the door, you know are a valued customer by being addressed and offered a relaxing place to sit and wait for your appointment and the pleasure of a cold one if you so desire. The haircut is professionally done with todays technology but with the craftsmanship one could only imagine started in 1890s New York. It is a true craft. After the cut, you are treated to a relaxing wash and scalp rub complete with a hot towel. Im not one for going to a spa or getting a massage, but I really look forward to haircut day. All seasons, all styles, and even a beard trim come winter time. At Dapper, you will leave the best version of yourself.

The cut was a little expensive but included a full shampoo for about 30 dollars. My stylist was great! If I have anything negative to say about Dapper, its about their hours. They have missed my business on more than one occasion because they are closed Mondays. I know some restaurants are closed Mondays, not sure if its a standard for Barbers too. Regardless, if you want to look good and feel good after your cut, go to Dapper.

Have lived in Milwaukee for 10 months and have come back to Dapper every month since my first visit. Autumn knowsexactly what shes doing and can accommodate to any hair style. I personally look for a semi-professional cut that works well to go out in, but Ive seen her do everything. Highly recommend for anyone looking your a classy mens haircut for a reasonable price
