I would never ever ever consider taking my car here again. I spent over $1,000 in repairs. I drove less than 2 miles and realized nothing had been repaired that needed to be. My car was still in the exact same condition. Jake says on the radio that they will work with you until you are happy. Completely untrue. They did not guarantee their work even though they said that they do. They did not fix my car and argued with me over whether it had been fixed even though I called them within five minutes of leaving the shop. I ended up spending another $1,000 with another person to make it right. Plus when my headlights went out they argued with me and said that my headlights werent even out! They dont even know when headlights are out! This is probably the first time I have ever written a bad review for any place regardless of automotive, hospitality, or whatever but I am absolutely disgusted with that place. I had given them a lot of business before this. Never again.

Had a car starter and seat warmers installed on my 2014 Chevy Spark. We then proceeded to have car starters put on my daughters cars. Its been over a year now since the last install, two winters for mine and I still love it. My remote gave me problems, I went in and they replaced, no questions asked. I recommend to anyone and everyone. I live over an hour away and will happily drive over for the best service around and fair prices.

I had my automatic start installed back in 2009 by this crew. When I had issues with it this year they took care of it right away, no charge! The Unique Edge Team is very friendly and go beyond what you would expect in a normal garage; especially Bart who made sure I knew how to deal with the issue next time. I have found my preferred repair shop in La crosse, WI. Cheers!

I highly recommend Unique Edge!! So glad Ive finally found an auto repair shop I can trust in La Crosse. They do great work at a great price.. and they dont try to swindle you into any purchases or work your car doesnt need. Jake the manager and his crew are the best around!
