I had a terrible experience with this company. I had a home fire and hired them to clean and turn things in to my insurance. Many things ended up missing from my claim that I had in the house. After I tried to explain the problems to the owners they threw me out and hired a layer. I have herd similar problems with other people I know... one said they were hired to clean a basement after the sewer backed up, they had to hire a 2nd company to finish the job after Advanced claimed they were done. Thats not the only other bad story I had herd of. They charged me for cleaning things that I never saw. They put my property on my landlords insurance claim. They gave some of my property to my landlord and only asked what was mine on the first day. They threw all my kids toys in a dumpster, told me it was in storage, until I asked to see the toys then all they could give me was one page of the list that had toys on it to turn into the insurance. Avoid this company and hire someone else.

Brought my boat to Advanced Restoration a few days ago to have the carpets cleaned. I have used Advanced Restoration before to clean my home and area rugs. They have constantly exceeded my expectations! They have been very professional and have been able to remove some occasional pet stains from my home carpets. Advanced Restoration has never let me down and I will continue to use this business in the future as they are honest, and fair and their work is great. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
