I moved into this area in 2000 and have taken all of my vehicles here every time since I have moved here. I asked around first and received nothing but high praise for their courtesy and quality of repairs. I can do nothing but brag on them. They not only are extremely courteous, they really do great work. I will take my vehicles nowhere else. The one time I did take my vehicle to another shop was the mistake. Bill and his employees should be commended on their loyalty to the automotive industry. As long as they continue to do business like this, why would I want to take my vehicles anywhere else. Courtesy, great work, knowledge of equipment and good pricing. You may pay a little more than other shops, but remember "You get what you pay for". They will continue to be a respected part of this community and great word of mouth as long as they do outstanding work like they have performed for me every time so far. They have provided me quotes for the work, prior to doing the work. They tell me the pro and con of the quote and just about half the time, they bill me less than the actual quote. Beware of this company they over charge and lie about the work they say they preform! But still charge you for it! My husband spent over 1200.00 for work to be preformed that was not. and yes we have proof. They say they sent his truck to another service company for work but when he went there for his paper work they said they had never seen the truck or preformed the work. Then H&S Garage said they had forgotten and had sent it to another shop, they too have no knowledge of the truck or work preformed. and they are not standing behind their own work they say they preformed, they want us to bring it back in and repay for the same services. We have contacted an attorney and small claims court. They have 30 days to do repairs or it will be taken to court! They are also being turned in the BBB if this is not corrected. The Blount count investigators are already aware of what they have been doing and are ready to take action if needed.............. PLEASE BE AWARE OF RIP OFFS ............AND FAKE PAPERWORK.........ALWAYS HAVE YOUR WORK RECHECKED WITHIN 24 TO 36 HRS BY ANOTHER COMPANY......

I recently had a Ford 8n tractor in for repairs at H & S. The staff was very helpful and professional. I had called a handful of times to get advice and when it became apparent I didnt have the tools to do the job I had them tow it in. They picked it up within two hours of my call. They qouted me a rough estimate on what it would cost. It was ready within three days and cosy much less than originally quoted. Bill also fixed a couple of things that I didnt even know were wrong. I would definately recommend.
