This business likes to bait and switch. I took my vehicle in March 2015 for squealing. They told me there was nothing wrong with the brakes. 2 weeks later I heard grinding. They then told me I had to have new brakes AND rotors. I was out of town and had little recourse but to tell them to go ahead. May 2017 my brakes start grinding all of a sudden. I took it back to them since they did the initial work. Was told I needed new brakes AND rotors. $300. I reminded them that all of that was done 2 years ago. They said they could warranty the brakes but not the rotors. I questioned if the brakes had not failed if the rotors would not be ok. Also how did both brake pads fail at the same time to ruin both rotors. They then said the rotors COULD be salvaged but their lathe was broken. Hours later they called me back to inform they replaced my brakes under warranty and my rotors as a courtesy because the lathe was broke. I owed $70 for labor. I NEVER authorized the repair but I agreed that was fair after the fact. My wife went to pick up the vehicle. The ticket says I owe labor only. The guy at the register questions why only labor and involves the manager. She added the rotors back to the bill which made it go from $70 to $190. The manager Ashley then informs me over the phone that vehicle would not be released until the $190 was paid or she could put all my damaged parts back on and charge me the $70 in labor. I told her that Jimmy told me that I would only be charged labor and said she didnt care and those were my only options. $190 to have my fixed vehicle or $70 for my broken vehicle even though I never authorized the work. President Dennis Bull supported the outcome. One good thing is that he is a president that blindly stands behind his people even if they are thieves.

This place used to be great. Last time I stopped in to have tubes put in two tires the guys were bickering about who was gonna do it. They dismounted the tires and said they have to keep the rims for a few days to clean them. I took the wheels home and cleans them in about40 min. Took them back dropped them off. They mounted tires and tubes and I picked them up. One was flat before I got home. Had to wait till next day to take it back. When I took the flat one back I got no apologies. They told me to pull around back drop it off, when I did the gate was locked. I waited for few min no one seemed interested in unlocking the gate. I got mad and left. Took the tire to another dealer on Cambell lane. When they dismounted tire the tube was busted halfway around tire. Sloppy sorry work at B&R caused this, and Im sure the guy who mounted the tire knew the tube busted.

Called to get a replacement for my 2017 Chevy Trax as I ran over a nail. The tech said no problem, it is going to be $140. No issues at all, sounds good, right? Too bad when they get done, he says, "It is okay that it is a Goodyear even though you have Continental, right?". To make things worse, according to the tech, "since it is a Goodyear, there is no warranty". I got the wrong tire and there no warranty for this incorrect tire. Will never go back to this joke of a tire shop. Lost a customer for life and I will never recommend BR Tire to anyone I know.
