Took my truck in the shop today with a nail in it. First thing out of the guys mouth is "thats gonna be a new tire" Sorry pal but thats not how you sell, even if youre right you come off like a jerk. He puts soap water on the nail looking for a leak and doesnt find one. I ask if we can remove the nail, I even ask to remove it myself after what looks like the store manager takes a screwdriver and presses down into the tire. I tell him not to push down, while his assistant grabs wire cutters. We remove the nail and I have no leak since I have rather thick truck tires. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Its hard to get excited about recommending an auto repair shop, since malfunctioning cars are really annoying. Somehow, every time Ive used these gentlemen - as recommended by my father in law, who trusts them completely - PFM manages to make the entire process painless, up to and including driving me back to work while they fix my car and picking me up after its fixed. I dont even price shop services anymore, because theyre always competetive and their service is stellar. As a service business, theyre an inspiration. Well done, fellas. Keep up the great work.

The mechanics are top notch with helpful advise on repairs if needed. No Pressure. Excellent oil change while you wait. My last visit they did a full inspection of the vehicle and gave an estimate on the wear of the breaks. I have been a customer for over two years. Many repairs have been made on my family vehicles with low costs and great service.

Just picked my truck up from a service yesterday. I have used PFM on all of my cars over the years. They are honest and I have never had an issue with the work. Pricing is fair and its always headache free working with them. Its a huge value having someone you can trust with your cars especially with the up and down weather in Indiana! Thanks!

Got my wheel bearing replaced here. They quoted me $100 cheaper than any other garage I checked, and did an outstanding job. Had the repairs done in no time as well as gave me a ride to work and back. They also cleaned my car too! I would recommend PFM to anyone in the central Indiana area. Best place Ive got my car worked on.

I spoke with Jason on the phone. They didnt have the tire I needed in their system. He spent about 10 minutes helping me find a place that could get one the next morning. I was incredibly impressed with the willingness to help me out even when I wasnt going to purchase for them. I definitely will next time!

I called requesting a quote for replacing the front wheel hubs on my truck. I stated that I have "Brand new hubs, in the box, with the receipt from OReilly Auto Parts." In response Im told, "We wont install anything you bring in. You can buy them here and well install them." What a joke.
