i had an alignment performed on my pontiac at this location. they either left off the bolts that attach the top of suspension and therefore the wheels to the car, or didnt bother to tighten them and they fell out. this results in an extremenly dangerous ride, and wobly steering. the only reason i gave them 1 star is that theyre coming to get in on a flatbed for free, and fixing it, for free. do not get work done on you car here! its not worth having a wreck just for the slightly cheaper price!

Thank you Alex for going above and beyond last night in repairing my daughters tire. From Atlanta and passing through Trussville to see my daughter who is at Bama. Her tire pressure was very low and Alex not only repaired the tire but also showed her how to check her tire pressure in the future. He was such a gentleman and stayed late to help us. Never complained that it was closing time and extended exceptional customer service. You are an asset to your company.

Took my car here for oil change they left my oil cap off oil went everywhere under my hood will not be going back, come in for a oil change and you will end up needing a new motor. I will be taking my car back to the dealership for now on you guys lost my service for good

Lemme tell yall about this Pep Boys, its AMAZING! These men are professional, respectful, and sweet. Theyre honest and very helpful. I was having trouble with my AC and these guys fixed it. I appreciate them so much and I will definitely be back for any car repairs!!
