My mother took her car in for service Wednesday 4-26-17, service adviser came out and told her she had a nail in her sidewall of her tire and it was not repairable she would need a new set of tires. He priced her a new set, but she called to ask me what she needed to do, I told her to take a picture of the nail and send it to me. Not common to get a nail in a side wall of a tire. She ask to see the nail, they took her out to her car it was already in the pickup "finished" line to be picked up ready to go. Told her they pulled the nail out????? Usually if you do that then all the air comes out.... HUMMMMMMM the tire did had a white mark she took a picture of and sent to me but no nail. Sound fishy.... so she has tire air pressure monitors on her Camry so I told her to drive it home. If she had a problem on the way to call me and I would come and get her. Well guess what no problems, I check tire with I magnifying glass, no signs of any "roofing nail" nothing at all. Tire has lost no air in 3 days. I cant believe there are such dishonest people in this world. Not only did Toyota of Bowling Green lose her as a customer they also lose the entire family. Six Toyota cars and trucks have been purchased and serviced at Gary Force Toyota through our family but not any more.... Stumbos sure are not like "Gary Force" of the past......... Such a shame. To be dishonest and try to sell an 76 year old woman something she did not need just to make a profit. Toyota did contact my mother and myself to follow up. They did agree the situation was not handled in the correct manner and would use this to improve there service process. Very apologetic about the situation. I can just hope they really follow up and make sure this does not happen to others. Still claims they tire had a nail, nail was removed and tire had a slow leak. That has been almost 9 days ago with no loss of air pressure in tire. Never know a tire to fix itself. I can just hope they were sincere when they said they would address the problem. Our family has been a customer with Gary Force Toyota or no Toyota of Bowling Green for over 25years, and would like to continue. Will give them another chance.

Have had a rather unpleasant experience with Toyota Bowling Green. I am new to town, and this dealership was highly recommended, so I wanted to give them my business. This was my first "non-clunker" vehicle purchase so I was both nervous and excited. I had two salesman, and both were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very excited and happy with my choice of a vehicle. All of the excitement ended the very next day, when my check engine light along with several other lights came on. I called the service center the next morning and was told they could not get me in for two days. When I arrived for my appointment they said they could not find any codes and told me to come back if it happens again and they would take care of me. This was reassuring when less than a week later all of the lights came back on. So I then took my vehicle back in to the service center to wait for three hours before being told that they havent found the problem. I was able to find a ride home to wait for another three hours before receiving a call saying that they believe they found the problem. They found some wiring that was bad which resulted in the lights going on. I was told that I would have to cover the price of the part because "as is means as is." Better yet, the part is no longer made and they said they did me a favor by finding one from a JUNK YARD. So not only do I have to pay for a problem that was wrong with the vehicle before I bought it, without notice, I also am receiving a old part that they wont cover under a warranty. It could go out the day after installed and I would own a useless vehicle. The part will be here Thursday, and they told me the vehicle would be "fine to drive" even though my ABS, SPEEDOMETER and 4X4 will not work until the part is fixed. Very unhappy with my service and highly disappointed with being sold a vehicle that had problems prior to the sale.

RIP OFF! DONT take your vehicle here to have servicing. My Pontiac Vibe was making a grinding noise which I thought was the transmission being the fact that it would only grind when I put it in gear. I took it to Gary Force expecting better service than Leachman has given me in the past. I paid $90 dollars for a diagnostic, and after about 15 minutes I was told that my Tensioning Pulley assembly and Serpentine belt needed to be replaced. I can do this on my own with nothing more than $35 and an hour of my time, and these guys were trying to charge me $564! I thought it was a little fishy being the fact that I couldnt understand how THAT could be the cause of the grinding. As I refused the offer and was walking to my car to leave, the salesman stopped me and asked "Do you have $140? We could squeeze you in for that..". Number one way to let me know youre just ripping me off. When I took my car to Nunn Better, they got me BRAND NEW Brake pads, front rotors, wiper blades, changed ALL my fluids, rotated my tires, and warned me that the grinding noise I was hearing was actually my Transmission. The guys there checked my Tensioning pulley assembly and told me it was pristine and nothing was wrong at all with it. For the parts AND labor, Nunn Better only charged me $305.81. They may be alright to purchase a car from, but DO NOT even bother taking your vehicle to them for servicing. They OBVIOUSLY dont know what theyre talking about and it sounds to me like they just wanted me to spend all my money and then come back to keep spending more because my problem persists.

After having numerous Atlanta GA Toyota dealers seemingly laugh at the idea of discounting a 2017 Tundra for me, I sought a deal out of state in hopes of finding a better deal...and glad I did. I worked with Dustin Smith at Toyota of Bowling Green to source the exact truck I wanted. He really went above and beyond in all aspects of the process. I had ALOT of questions and was very particular. Dustin was sure to treat each detailed inquiry with the utmost positive and professional attitude. His responses were quick and detailed. He kept me in the loop each step of the way. I traveled over 4 hours to make this deal, and would not have even thought about it had it not been for the great customer service Dustin provided me. That, and he was able to work me up a great deal on a new truck and get what I was looking for on my trade sight unseen...well, a few pictures texted to him. If you are looking for a new Toyota or even a pre-owned of another brand, please see Dustin and feel confident you will be treated in a courteous and professional manor. He really does take the typical car dealer hassle out of the equation. It is refreshing knowing that you will get straight answers and not some cheesy sales pitch, or lame attempt at a bait and switch type situation with him. Lastly, the facility is new and very clean. The waiting area for service is very nice and comfortable as well as the area in the show room. A+ business in my book!
