Called at 12:00 on a Saturday, and asked if they could take on a walk-in for an A/C service (they close at 3). They said, sure, sounds great, come on in! The checked me in right away, gave me the pricing, took my keys and got to work. Their waiting area was clean and comfortable (some nice plush couches that looked like they were regularly cleaned) and the room has some character as well. They finished up the job, had to do a few extra miscellaneous things (put some service caps on) but kept the pricing the flat rate the quoted me. They parked my truck right out the door, and got me on my way. AC is blowing nice and cold again, and Im ready for another summer of towing my boat. Thanks guys - will definitely come back if I need to.

I cant imagine why anyone would consider this great service. Another truck hit ours, we wanted to truck to go to a specific location and were told that was fine. Only to find out the next day, they took it to their business address, and wanted storage fees and wouldnt move it to where we had asked for in the first place. Lying to a customer was only to be able to charge for a service that wasnt wanted or needed. This company is despicable, and then the owner himself was rude, and lied again. It was a nightmare. Beware of this company. It seems they will do anything for a buck.

Had a wheel bearing fail on my 2004 subaru impreza. Took it to Playground and they didnt have the tools to replace the bearing. They did the repair with a bad used hub & bearing. They did not inspect their work, or test drive the vehicle. After receiving the vehicle I spoke with John, the owner, and was told they would "do what they could." Since then Ive called back, but they screen their calls. Do not have any repairs completed by Playground with used parts. They dont stand by their work and will ignore your calls.

Excellent service, professional friendly staff, clean facility! George, Kendall and Mike rock! Had a coil issue. The warranty company sent me to them for repair. Im not from this area and was flying blind and nervous. George explained the problem thoroughly and gave me more than one option for repair. They got the vehicle in quickly, gave me warranty info for the new coil, and recommended the best seafood restaurants in Ft Walton. Gave me a discount for being a AAA member as well. Good folks.

We had an issues driving down for spring break, I found Playground online. All employees were friendly, the problem was minor, and they took care of everything within a couple of hours. Highly knowledgeable and professional. Diagnosed a difficult issue that other places couldnt. Kept me up to date on the work at regular intervals even though the job only took a few hours to make sure I was good with his decisions. I get the feeling that this place has the best auto mechanics in the area.

These guys didnt charge me for extra work or perform unnecessary repairs.They have the typical attitude that plagues a lot of service establishments (the customer is ignorant and a bother to us and should do things how we want them done) but I was just glad they did good mechanical repairs...

Bad news..you need car repair. GOod news...this place is awesome. Fresh coffee, cheese danish, adorably sweet receptionist and cute as a button cockatiel in the waiting room...and best of all..the price of the repair was unbeatable! Thumbs up on this place!!(=
