Rip rip rip off off off. Came in to get four tires put on. They were the only store in town to have the size I needed. First I was told an hour at most, I even had an appointment, 2 hours and 45 minutes later I walked out of the store. I was not upset at the price, $760, I was upset at what happened. I advise anyone going to this store to do what I did. I went to a mechanic friend and asked him to look over the car and let me know what could I possibly need. Remember I only went in for tires. He told me other than one caliper sticking all I needed was new tires. I was told I needed a new air filter, ac filter, an alignment, new front rotors and new front brake pads. The kicker was the said my oil looked old and needed changed. I guess they didnt look at the sticker on my windshield that said an oil change was done 364 miles ago. I thought 3000 standard? While I waited I listened to them hustle women and men, young and old. All Im saying is if you need tires go to firestone or any other fine TIRE store in FWB. Just dont get hustled like you WILL if you choose to do b business with our local firestone store. ps never had problems with sears or SAMs. Would have gone there but needed tires on the fly an they were special order or out of stock. Good luck and dont get screwed, or at least almost screwed, like I would have if it wasnt for friends in the same field who told me the TRUTH! Remember Firestone employees Jesus knows what you are doing. ;) make sure you do a little homework consumers! All they had to do was say Sir, we are extremely sorry for the wait and inconvenience if there was one. If they would have done that I wouldnt have done this!

Very poor service, whenever Ive gone here (multiple times because I figured the first was a fluke, but the return trip was even WORSE) Ive had ridiculously long wait times. After waiting for hours to get tires put on my car Ive been given horrible alignment readings. I would never get my wheels aligned here, the techs either dont know how to use the alignment machine or their machine is never serviced/properly calibrated. If you get an "alignment" reading done here and then take it to any other shop that knows what they are doing in the area youll find out that the numbers are completely off what firestone claims they are. Thankfully Ive found a better tire shop in the area who not only knows what they are doing but actually cares about your vehicle. I had my car returned with the clutch fluid reservoir completely empty last time I took my car here, I couldnt put the car in gear, when I went in to ask about it I was told that theyd not been able to shift my car and that they started it in gear to get it going. No mention of this, no asking the customer who was sitting in the waiting room, no even looking under the hood like a decent being, lets just start the car in gear to get it going and burn up the starter and then say NOTHING to the owner. My master cylinder was just fine before taking my car into them and even if it hadnt been, why would they possibly think it was okay to just return a car that cant go into gear at all and say nothing? Its obvious that it couldnt be driven to the shop in that condition, it couldnt be driven out (except by putting excess wear on the starter by starting it in gear and then driving the entire way home in 1st)

These so called mechanics do not know their job and they are a total rip off. I was told one of my rear struts were bad (which was true). They wanted $540 to swap them out and also tried getting me with the lifetime alignment for $199. You dont need an alignment based off of your rear struts if you change them one at a time. It took less than 2 hrs in my garage and $260 for the whole assembly. On top of that they changed my oil and way over serviced it, i normally change my own oil but with time constraints i couldnt since i'm heading to san antonio. I noticed a burning oil smell the night before i left and sure enough the oil was damn near 1 inch from the full line. Guess they do this so you can come in for major maintenance and they can make more money off of you. I refuse to deal with these people other than my lifetime rotate and balance. So now i have to drive 800 miles with an overserviced engine since i dont have time to drain it, well this post didnt save and i ended up draining my oil finding that they didnt change out my drain plug gasket (which you think they would for a $34 oil change), the gasket was messed up and was causing a small oil leak. Im pretty sure they have blind people working on there stuff and i would definetly not recommend this place. I would avoid at all costs. Thanks firestone!

Went into Firestone last week and had a great experience from start to finish. I needed to have a few repairs for my car and received a quote over the phone and then brought the car in the next day. I would recommend calling ahead to schedule a time as they can get pretty busy like "NotPicky" mentioned below. When I brought the car in, I worked with Garrett, who was very helpful and let me know the best deal I could get for the work I needed and he wasnt pushy or rude (the way a lot of the car maintenance clerks are at other places Ive taken my car in this town). The quote was very close to what I actually paid and I was in and out. On top of that, I can tell from driving this week, that the techs did a good job on the repairs. I would recommend Firestone for the FWB area, ask for Garrett up front and make sure you try to call ahead so your not waiting in the store too long.

Used to go to the firestone in Delray Beach Florida and loved them! They were always honest and had the best customer service. I recently moved near the Mary Esther area and was happy to see the company up here until doing business with the older man in charge, "mike". He charged me more than triple the price and tried to say my account said get a certain oil which is the most expensive one. Down south I only received standard oil changes which cost 30-34 with my vehicle not 75+. (They can see everything on my account so they knew which oil change my car usually got) I also asked if they could read a code for my vehicle and he told me they had no one in that could do it. After saying this, one of the mechanics walked in talking about codes he just read so I asked him if he could it and he said of course. Very disappointed.
