Way to pricy on very cheap tires. The tech was not very knowledgeable about cars or Ford mustang. He didnt like Fords and told me that. Tryed to tell me I had stuff wrong with my car that I dont have. Am a Master automotive Engineer for over 40 years with GM. Ford and Michael Waltrip Racing in NASCAR back in Cornelius NC. Over 14 years. He knew a 100th of what I know he would not be working at a Firestone store. He would have been where I been doing what I done. Just cant trust people putting on my car that dont like Fords or dont know a 100th about what I know

Very poor service and deceptive pricing. Lost a tire shipment. Was quoted one price for alignment and then they tried to add an additional $30 shop fee. Was quoted one price for an install and then a $20 higher price at check in. They thoroughly fail to live up the Harvey Firestones quote about fundamental honesty posted above the check in counters.

Very happy with their service. My car has some aftermarket suspension stuff and they handled it no problem. Also did the alignment to specs I asked for. They were very friendly too. I will be going here again for sure.
