Incompetent mechanics the needs more training in customer service and auto repair. They incorrectly diagnosed my car and instead of admitting they had no clue what was wrong with my car they proceeded to tell me that I needed a new axle. I trusted what they were saying and allowed them to work on my car. As soon as I left the shop my car was still doing the same exact thing it was doing before I brought it in. I had already waited 5 hours to get my car fixed so I just brought it back the next day. The next day the same thing happen they told me I needed my rotters turned and I refused to pay for that because this should had been told to me when I paid for the diagnostic. My car was still not fixed after that and they just left it at that and was expecting me to keep paying more money to figure out what was wrong with my car even though I had already paid $650 and my car still wasnt fixed. I thought the whole point of a diagnostic is so they can tell you what is wrong with your car and give you a quote on how much it is to fix it. I went to the dealership and had another diagnostic and they told me I had a simple problem, I just needed new rotters and brake pads. At Meineke they told me my rotters were fine which was a lie because once I got them changed my problem stopped. I could have died driving around with bad rotters that Meineke never told me I had. I will never go here again, I will always go to the dealership first because you know there your car will be fixed correctly the first time. They never offered a solution to my problem so I basically paid twice to fix the same problem. I dont know how people can sleep at night knowing that they stole money from someone. Worst experience ever, the mechanic was singing and dancing while customers are waiting hours to get their car back but he has time to sing and dance. He also drove my car with the hood up which blocks your view and could have crashed my car into the wall and when I reported this nothing was done about it.

I usually visit Meineke for my oil changes because they are reasonably priced and Ive always been happy with the service. I tried this Meineke, one I had never been to before, because it is close to where I work. I payed for a preferred oil change which included fluid top off and a tire rotation. I watched them drain the oil from my car, otherwise I wouldnt even be sure they changed the oil! My appointment was at 4:45 and I left at 5:05. I mistook this for efficient service, however they didnt do ANY of the other stuff they were supposed to do. My front left tire has a leak that requires me to air it up about once a week. On the day of my oil change I noticed it could use air, but knew it would be aired up and rotated later that day. When I got home from my oil change, it was still low and still in the front left. Im assuming this is a problem of a lazy employee. I called the store and they offered to have me come back in and give me my next oil change for free. I think this is a very reasonable solution to the problem which is the ONLY reason Im giving them two stars, however going back twice in the same week is highly inconvenient with my schedule and they should have just done the service that I paid for in the first place. When I left I thought to myself, "this is a very nice Meineke. The waiting room was clean, they didnt try to tell me a million things are wrong with my old car, and I was out in 15 minutes." I now know that its actually a very SHADY Meineke, and the reason they didnt try to tell me something was wrong with my car (because it has 200,000 miles and there ARE things wrong) is because that so-called 23 point inspection didnt even happen! if you must visit this location you should demand to watch the entire process so you dont end up wasting time and money like me.

The worst customer service EVER. I went in ready to get work done on my car. Payment in hand, prepared to spend about $500- $700 in this place. I am so happy I didnt. I wasnt greeted and the guy at the counter was so unpleasant. I left without service and informed the guy that I would not be getting service there because of his customer service. Also, he said the diagnostic would cost $115 and it would NOT be waived even if I got the repairs. My boyfriend (who was there to make sure I wasnt taken advantage of) and I went outside and talked about where we were headed next. During that time another woman who was alone was heading in and I warned her of the service at this place. The rude guy runs outside saying he was going to call the police on us if we didnt leave. I just couldnt believe this character. What a lack of customer service and he caused such a scene. I will never go here again and I will tell everyone I know not to go. Do not give them your money if they cant at least be polite and waive the diagnostic fee. I have never met a car repair place that doesnt waive the fee for repairs completed there. If you want to go to a good Meineke try the one on East Washington Street. He is awesome and they are so friendly.

Absolutely by far the worst experience Ive ever had. I paid this Meineke two visit, each time my car was returned to me in worst condition. The first time my car had excessive squeaking and soon after something came undone in the steering colum causing my STEERING WHEEL TO SPIN IN A COMPLETE CIRCLE while I was driving in traffic. When I returned neither Skyler nor Scott could tell me what exactly happened. After receiving it the second time not only did none of the functions in on my steering wheel work, my belonging where stolen from my vehicle. Upon further inspection of my vehicle it turns out the they used the incorrect hardware as well mismatch part which has cause further damage that I must now pay someone else to correct. I personally would not recommend this Meineke unless you want to waste your time and receive work that will only cause you more money in the long run.

False advertising.. they had a paper saying " FREE A/C check" doesnt say anything about visual.. I got a oil change then Im like COOL Ill have them check the a/c . I go to pay.. comes to over 100$ Im like for an oil change? NO they charged me over $60 for them to CHECK IT.. they said the free one is for them to LOOK @ IT. lmao I CAN LOOK AT IT MYSELF. And THE DUDE GOT IN MY CAR WITHOUT PUTTING ANYTHING OVER THE SEAT OR THE FLOOR BORAD. Just hopped in my car all dirty. I get in my car oil stain on the seat. TWO THUMBS DOWN ON THIS ONE. Definitely not coming back to this place. BOT A HAPPY CAMPER. After its all said and done.. I spent 125$ for an oil change and to CHECK the a/c.. still isnt blowing out cold air. Lmao so I have to spend atleast 80$ if not more to get it filled.
