Is it just me or is it weird for someone to walk into a auto body shop and the owner feels as if it is professional to have someone at the counter talking and expects you to step to the counter and talk with someone in my face. Oh and then proceeded to say whoever comes in there and doesnt like it can go somewhere else because that is his sister and shes going to be there for a long time. Shaking my head dont go to Lopez auto body shop on 30th and Georgetown unprofessional and retarded. SMH.... THEN when I went over his head he lies to his brother/manager and says , "O she was a customer just like her, she (myself), was mad because I had not waited on her???? How pathetic, So you tell a lie then when someone calls you out you cant back it up???? Coward.

Today I needed to have a water pump replaced on my Jeep. I could have done this myself, I investigated the problem, knew the parts required; but Im old and wasnt gonna get under that Jeep. I called Lopez #4 and informed the manager of my need and brought my Jeep in for repair. Within two and half hours I was rollin down the street with a smile on my face. The price was right and labor done well and I will be going back when automotive needs arise and you should too.

They did a brake job on my 1997 Buick LeSabre at a really critical time maybe 2-3 before Christmas 2013, and the owner was super friendly, gave prompt service, and did an excellent job on my vehicle. I have several cars, and I will now take them ALL to Lopez at the 30th street location. #GreatJob
