Received "Wow" service today at Eagle Automotive. Car wouldnt start on Christmas Eve and had it towed to another Zionsville repair shop. When I called the other car repair shop on Monday to see how long it would take to for them to look at the vehicle they told me they didnt know if they would be able to look at it that week. I wasnt expecting instant service the day after a holiday weekend, but who can easily go without their vehicle for more than a week? So, I called Eagle Automotive and was told they could look at the car that day. So, I had the car towed from the other repair shop to Eagle Automotive and I am glad I did. They found and fixed the problem within just a few hours and I had my car back the same day. As a business owner, I make it a point to write reviews when I receive excellent service. I received excellent service and responsiveness at Eagle Automotive today and next time I need a car repair I will call them first.

These guys were amazing! We were visiting from out of state and stranded near their shop. Our issue was misdiagnosed by a dummy in an auto zone parking lot. Scott took such good care of us. He gave us a complimentary loaner car for the day and made sure to have us up and running the same day. If we lived here we would recommend them to everyone we know.

Ive had nothing but good experiences at Eagle Automotive. The staff is friendly and professional. They have never pressured to buy add-on products or services. In fact they have recommended not to have some work done. Finally, I appreciate their computerized scheduling system providing automated reminders for appointments.

The service here is very professional, quick and honest. Hard to come by mechanics that are honest and mean what they say. These guys know what they are doing and wont give you any bull, will just tell you how it is. Been here many times and the service has always been good and quick. Prices are fair as well.

It felt like being in an episode of the Twilight Zone, in which everyone is friendly, efficient, smart and timely, the waiting room has every amenity, other customers are happy, and there is no upselling. It will restore your faith.
