NW Frame & Alignment has fully serviced my previous Porsche and current BMW (when they were out of warranty) and I have also used them for tire mounting and balancing on our other vehicle. Its truly a family business - Mom in the front office and Dad and the two sons in the shop. More importantly, they are extremely thorough, responsive and honest. Unlike most auto shops (and certainly all dealership service departments), its such a pleasant and helpful experience at NW Frame to deal directly with the mechanic who actually performs the work. They are simply the best !

I needed some frame work done on my old Jeep Wrangler TJ. I was cautious on who I chose to perform said work because of the importance of it. I finally decided upon Northwest Frame & Alignment. I dont typically write reviews, but I had to for this place. Ron(the technician I worked with) was very knowledgeable, friendly, and did an OUTSTANDING job. The price was very reasonable, and the work was done promptly. A+, would recommend to ANYONE looking for work done on their vehicles to at least stop by here first.

This is a service provider that car dealers use for complicated mechanical issues they cant handle. Ive been having my cars serviced here for over 20 years, the reason being they do excellent work. They are honest and will take the time to explain what they can do to help you, what needs to be done to fix your car and why. They will also provide you with options, should the work be more than what you want to do at that point. Options that are legal, safe and allow you time to do the rest of the work later.

When none of the areas franchised/national shops could figure out a proper alignment and giving me out of this world quotations, NFA was the one that was able to quickly find a setup that not only saves my tires from premature wear, but also one that allowed me to have the street performance I was looking for out of my car. Service was quick, courteous, and professional. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a good place to do a proper alignment.

My (non-dealer) mechanic recommended this shop after the dealer wasnt able to properly align my vehicle. Ive been here 3 times, and they are by far the most detail oriented shop that Ive ever had align any of my vehicles. If they cant do something in particular, they will tell you why, and give you options. They are extremely communicative and will not add things to your bill without permission. The definition of professionalism.

I have known and used Ron, Kevin and Aaron over the past 20 years. I am very particular (a dentist) and they always impress me with their level of knowledge and the results that follow. They are great family folks as well. If you have a high-end vehicle or just a economy daily driver, they are the guys I would recommend. My care was pulling to the right. I went through 4 alignments and 2 tire rotations at different places. Finally a friend recommended Northwest Frame & Alignment. Northwest figured out that it was a tire issue and came up with the solution. The car is driving great! Thanks!
