We had bought a 2017 GMC SUV SLT Terrain AWD on July 15, 2016 from Bill Estes Chevrolet in Lebanon and then returned to the same location and bought a 2016 GMC Sierra Pick-up Truck on September 15, 2016. (We had gone to two other locations, but did not receive the friendliness we found at the Lebanon location.) We worked with Wayne Kinderman, in selecting our vehicles. Then we worked with several other personnel--one in finances and one in the service department; I believe both were named Mike. Also Pat who is manager over all the service department worked with us. Our only problem was OUR problem in getting our vehicles programmed to our garage door opener, but all the personnel worked with us with the utmost patience in getting all the details for us and helping us in every way until both vehicles were programmed. We were treated respectfully and kindly. It meant so much when we were so frustrated with trying to get our garage door opener to speak to our vehicles. We love both vehicles, are more comfortable with them each day, and highly recommend not only the vehicles but the personnel who worked so hard (and made it look so easy) while we were trying to work out the little details. High fives to Lebanon Bill Estes Chevrolet! We love our vehicles and were treated fairly, decently and kindly.

Thought I was in between jobs. Had an interview set up. ATTEMPT to go to this interview, and my car decides NOT to start and NEVER made it to the interview! I had NOWHERE ELSE TO TURN ! THANKS to Bill Estes Chevrolet (Luke and Michael Balkas) we were ABLE to find an EXTREMELY nice and DEPENDABLE car RIGHT AWAY and was able to go back to my ORIGINAL job THANKS to GOOD OLE TIM MOORE AND SEAN !!!!! And we HAVE TO ADMIT that the service in the Service Department thanks to Joe Neff and his crew at Bill Estes Chevrolet just could NOT get ANY BETTER, they are AWESOME !!! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS place to EVERYONE !!! It just could NOT get ANY BETTER !!!

I was driving a Silverado in the middle of my lease I thought I was stuck. My wife is about to have our first baby and I couldnt fit a car seat comfortably in my Silverado. I thought i didnt have any options! Shawn and Eric at Bill Estes Chevrolet in Lebanon litterally made my dreams come. Not only was I able to get out of my Silverado lease earlier. But I was able to get a brand new Malibu with tons of cool technology at a lower payment. I can now rest easy, I am able to fit my family in the car with me comfortably and Im saving a bunch of money driving a brand new Malibu!

I needed a couple of bolts that i couldnt buy at the parts store, and they ordered them for me and had them the next day. Cody the parts manager was very nice, there was a little mix up and he gave me a nice discount for it. I had the service department move a tire from one rim to a new one and balance it and they had the job done in less than 20 mins and less than 20 bucks. The cost of the parts i bought were less at this store than at the closer chevy dealer. If im in the market for a new chevy i will come to this dealer before any other.

We were welcomed like we have never been before in a car dealership. They got our names immediately and called us by name the whole time and even later when we walked in the door. They were friendly, not "pushy", very accommodating, and knowledgeable. They gave us a great deal and worked the numbers to meet our budget. I am from out of town and wanted to schedule regular maintenance to save myself a trip. I was going to be with my parents for their doctor appointments at Wishard. Joe and Mr. Jobe both went out their way to help me do this by asking me what would work best and by making sure my car was serviced when I returned. One of the women at the accounts desk also took my email address so I could take advantage of emailed service discounts! I have always been pleased with the customer service here.

Visited dealership to have service done on two vehicles. Had two back to back appointments. Decided to drop first vehicle early in hopes it could get done early to coincide with plans for the day. First vehicle was completed early off schedule. This made it very convenient for my plans. Brought in second vehicle and had service completed as scheduled. Joe in service is the best.

bought a 2013 chevy cruze from jaggers and it had some dents on it donny one of the sales men were very helpful and scheduled an appointment to have them taken care of. Advertising vehicles that arent available and will take your credit info and run your credit score then call you back tell you the vehicle has been sold. Very unprofessional wouldnt recommend at all!
